Honestly, the experience was quite disappointing from the moment we checked in. When we reached our room, there were no towels, no drinking water, and no slippers. We called reception and were told to wait. We waited for almost two hours, but no one came. We had to call a second time before our requests were finally attended to. For a hotel, this level of service was far from what we expected. The food was also disappointing, and the service overall lacked warmth and attentiveness. Thankfully, the reception staff were approachable and accommodating, especially the Omani staff, who were the most pleasant part of our experience. The pool itself was okay, but the changing room had an unpleasant smell and, once again, there was no staff available to assist. Even getting towels required another phone call. A hotel stay should feel convenient and relaxing not like you have to repeatedly call just to receive basic necessities. There is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to housekeeping, responsiveness, and overall guest service.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was given a connecting room with absolutely zero soundproofing. The connecting door passed every single noise from the neighboring room, making it feel like we were sharing the exact same space. The management showed a lack of immediate action and care for guest comfort. A hotel that cannot provide a basic, quiet environment for its guests to sleep is not worth a single star. I will absolutely never stay here again, and I strongly advise others—especially those seeking rest or traveling with family—to avoid booking this place.

I had a wonderful stay from April 1 to 2. It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager, Angkosh, for ensuring everything was well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to relax and rest. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
