Best Western Premier Muscat Hotel

We had a flight cancelled and were taken to Best Western to await further instructions. The staff were fabulous. It seems the communication to them from the airline was as poor as it was to us. The rooms were clean with adequate amenities. Thank you to our room service attendant. He kept us supplied with clean towels and water. Our luggage was kept at the airport so we had nothing with us. It was fabulous to have the shampoo and body wash in the shower. They provided us with a charge port so that we could charge our phones and iPads. The restaurant staff were marvellous in the Atrium. In particular the chef kept coming to check how we were and how things were progressing. In fact it was him that kept us more informed than our airline did. Thanks Chef - we truly appreciate your care. The service desk staff were forever patient with our continued inquiries if the airline had rung. We were delayed 2 days.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western Hotel. The overall stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety of delicious options. I would especially like to thank Chef Sakenth and Ms. June for their exceptional service, warm hospitality, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

This was my very first visit to Muscat, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the entire hotel team. Every staff member was incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made my trip even more special and memorable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was prepared perfectly. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay, and I looked forward to it every morning. I also had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful staff member named Jun. She was exceptionally friendly, caring, and professional. Her warm personality and positive attitude made me feel at home. It's rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression through simple acts of kindness, and I'm truly grateful for the wonderful service she provided. Overall, my experience was outstanding. This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. Thank you to the entire team for making my first trip to Muscat so memorable.
