We stayed at Al Hail Waves by Centara from 2–6 September and would especially like to commend the staff for their excellent work throughout our stay. A special kudos to those working longer hours and covering shifts—management should highly recognize and appreciate their dedication. The facilities and rooms are okay for a 3-star property, but the staff truly make the difference. Everyone was hardworking, helpful, and welcoming. Great job to the entire team, and thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
It was our first time staying at a hotel in Seeb, and choosing this hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, markets, and all essential services, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless and relaxing, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. While the variety was not extensive, every item was of high quality and tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seeb, Oman. We stayed from May 23 to May 27.

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights for business travel. The rooms are very clean, and the room amenities are in good condition. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very calm — the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast menu isn't very diverse, but the quality is good. The receptionist, Mr. Sha, is very warm, well-mannered, and helpful. The price is good, and it's worth the money you pay. I will return this hotel.
