We had so much fun on our haunted tour of Munich! Our tour guide Erika was amazing and all the stories she told us were as historically interesting as they were creepy - exactly what we were hoping for! And I feel like these were stories we never would have heard otherwise. It was also a great way to see Munich at night, and a perfect way to spend a weeknight. All to say, we'd highly recommend!
I had a great experience on the haunted walking tour. Our tour guide Erika was very knowledgable and entertaining. Although I live in Munich, she told quite a few stories that were new to me, so I would definitely recommend the tour to both locals and tourists alike! It was a fun activity to do with friends to get into the mood for spooky season :)
Super great tour! Our tour guide Victoria combined tourist landmarks with spooky stories from the past. The stories that she told were very interesting and she was a great storyteller! There was a little confusion with the meet up point, and we got sent the wrong address, but we were able to meet them at the second spot, and they waited for us there. Still worth it! It was the only thing we had pre-booked for our honeymoon and would definitely do it again! It was the perfect amount of time! Loved all of it!
Cool and a bit different city-tour with a very well story-telling guide - we had fun and still learned quite some things about Munich‘s history.

Katrin was a phenomenal tour guide. Her knowledge of the history of Old Town Munich was incredible, especially in light of the fact that this was a fairly new tour offered by the company. She was kind, funny, and altogether wonderful. My only regret is that my children would not agree to walk through the old cemetery on our own at the end of the tour.
Curt was a phenomenal tour guide. His in depth knowledge of the history of the rise of Hitler and the Third Reich was amazing. Our family had a marvelous time and learned so much that the history books do not report. We highly recommend this tour.
This guide was so fun! Our guide Tony was amazing! He was so funny and great! He made everything come to life and made the stories exciting and intriguing! We had the 8pm-10:30pm guide which was really fun and it wasn’t too scary which is good with kids (there aren’t jump scares don’t worry!). We walked through München and saw and learned a lot! At the beginning the adults got shots and the kids got a little treat. At the beginning it was mostly just German tales and as it got darker, the ghost stories got scarier! It goes a bit late depending on which tour you book. If you are looking for a scary (but not too scary) and exciting ghost stories and tales I really recommend this tour! Bye!
We really enjoyed learning a different type of Munich history through this tour. The last story about Himler and the cemetery made a lasting impact! We appreciate you giving us the tour even though it was just the three of us!

Katrina was an incredible guide! She has wealth of information and tells these chilling stories in a way that actually helps you remember the history of Munich like the torture chamber and dug up bodies from old church. Its not just about scares but actual learning.
Once again Black Book tours and Katrina do not disappoint!! The Haunted Walk tour was quite spooky and very entertaining. A great way to see a lot of Munich and learn some spooky history. Our guide Katrina made it quite humorous at some times and quite chilling at others. Personally experienced some weird pressure that I could feel around all the hairs on my head simultaneously and against/around my thighs while standing in front of the haunted nunnery!! Highly recommend this tour and the walking market food tour Black Book offers as well!!

We had a great experience on our tour, and also learned a lot about Munich and its darker history. The tour ended at the cemetery and my girlfriend and I decided to rest on a nearby bench(see image) before heading back to town. Here I suddenly felt a sensation like a fluffy cat tail swiping past my back and at the same time my girfriend asked «where did that cat go?» as she saw a fluffy white cat tail dissapear beneath the bench, and no cat appearing on the other side! This tail kept showing up and dissapearing a couple more times, and it was a really nice experience (no bad vibes hehe) it was also my girlfriends first paranormal experience! All in all it was a great tour and a great way to end our stay in Munich☺️
I misread the directions and ended up being incredibly late! I called our tour guide to let her know and she was so patient with us. We ended up being the only two on the tour, but even if you go as a very very small group of two or a larger Group I’m confident you would have a blast on this tour. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

We were a family of four and travelling with friends. The kids were interested from the start to finish. The host was engaging and the stories brought Munich to life. We saw parts of the city that we hadn’t previously and we learnt about the dark past from torture to murder with witches dark Lords and monkey babies.
Such a creative and informative dive into Munich’s dark side in its early years. Our guide had plenty of stories to capture our imagination and fully immerse ourselves into the old town’s history amongst the magical spirit of the Christmas markets.
It was a really nice and informative walk throughout the city. We stopped by a lot of different places and heard the history/tales of those places. Our guide was really friendly and did a great job making the places we visited more interesting. It was very cold during our walk, but the guide did a great job including warmer areas in the walk.
I was so excited to see a new ghost tour in Munich and this one did not disappoint. Seeing hidden corners of the city at night was really spooky, and the storytelling by our guide, Katrina, was top notch! The creepy story about the subway ghost is going to stay with me for a long time! Highly recommend!

So many interesting stories and history on the true crime tour that you don't hear in other tours. And the ghost tour had lots of spooky ghost stories and we visited many haunted places around Munich. I really enjoyed both tours and would recomend them to anyone visiting Munich.
Stories were unimpressive and few of them. More time with “liquid courage” than about interesting Munich occurrences. Should skip the dumb drinking part, a waste of time. Wish I had read the description more carefully.
The true crime and ghost and spirits tours were so much fun! We learned interesting facts about the area! The stories covered a variety of topics and definitely had something for everyone. Katrina and the other guide were friendly and happy to answer questions. We even had some spooky things happen on the ghosts and spirits tour.

On a frigid Bavarian evening we we're serenaded with the stories of the gruesome, horrifying, and just plain weird crimes and ghost stories of Munich's past. Lockie was was entertaining *and* informative!
