Shared Arrival Transfer Munich Airport To Munich Central Station

The bus was waiting when we left the airport.

Shuttle from airport easy to find. Stopped in the main centre & it easy to get a Uber for the rest of the way.

On time and the bus driver was very helpful with our luggage. We were right on time and he was very professional.

It would be good to know where at terminal 1 the pickup would be. It was not easy to figure it out. It was at departure D. Also which exit do you take? It was second exit if coming from terminal 2.

Bus was waiting right outside baggage claim at Terminal 1. Very helpful driver. Smooth transport into Munich City Center. Clean, comfortable bus. Would highly recommend!

Taking the Lufthansa Bus was lovely. It was significantly less expensive than a private transfer service or a taxi. Not many people were on the bus so everyone had plenty of room, and the bus was clean. We were all dropped off at the Munich main train station and then it was a fairly short walk to our hotel. I would definitely use that service again.

I signed up for this thinking it would be convenient and easy to locate, unlike the ote I booked in Dublin in 2025. Twice burned. These busses may actually exist, but nobody acknowledges their existence. Last year in Dublin we were told this type of bus doesn’t go in to the city. I say take the train or find another form of transport from now on.

The first bus saw me trying to chase him and left us in the rain. I called the company and they apologized on his behalf. But this left me with a sore spot feeling. The second bus the driver was absolutely wonderful. But that was because he didn’t leave us in the cold and was nice.

It was so easy to get the Lufthansa bus at the Munich airport to go to the Munich train station based on the information Viator gave in the email. The only thing is the driver had never seen anything like our email before with the QR code on it, but once he scanned it, it was all good! Thank you for making our travels easier.

Easy to reserve, received tickets online as promised with excellent instructions of where to find the bus.

We waited for the bus, it came a few minutes late. Driver put our cases in the luggage hold. We got on, the journey into Munchen was quick and interesting. We got off and walked to our hotel. Alles in Ordnung!

This mode of transportation from airport to the train is efficient and easy to navigate. It made arriving in Munich effortless. Highly recommend and it is reasonable.

Unfortunately we had to wait more than two Busses to get a seat! The people queuing were easily more than 60people. Every of those Busses have been Late about 5-10 min - so it is impossible to plan your train connection! They don’t leave on time according to the schedule. And furthermore the driver thought he was “God” to decide how the customers had to behave. He was super rude “moove away from the door - back, back!” and he even said literally “I decide who enters when and how”. An old lady has been super insecure. It’s a petty him to represent German as first contact and also for LH. In the end we took a taxi. Safe your money and go with public S-Bahn.

A bit confused as to where to pick it up but got there in the end. Stops opposite the main station which was good.

While the ride was fine the driver was extremely rude and hurried during pick-up. His tone and body language was confrontational and very negative.

The bus service itself is great. Do not buy a round trip because you will have to pay twice. We had no issues from the airport to the city. On the return, we had to pay again even though we purchased a round trip.

There are 2 stops to the center. Driver couldn't or wouldn't answer a question regarding the stop. Had to Uber to my hotel from the first stop that cost me more than this purchase.

Found the bus outside the airport, driver very polite and helpful. The drive to the central station was quick despite the heavy snowfall and traffic in the area.

Great service and cost efficient way to travel. A short walk from the baggage claim carousels to the bus stop which was right outside the door.The bus was clean and took us from the airport to the Munich main station where we took a short taxi ride to our hotel. If you have to catch a train after your flight it was definitely a great experience and very convenient.

Absolutely brilliant experience- only one small issue it was a little hard to find the actual pick up place (there was no real signage to confirm you were in the right spot). Other than that very easy to get bus right into the heart of Munich would recommend

We pre-paid a return trip. Firstly, the airport pick up location was not easy to find. We asked multiple people at the airport and no one knew. Upon our return trip to Munich airport the bus driver would not let us on the bus because he said we didn’t have a return ticket. Apparently the first bus driver was meant to provide us with this. He didn’t. The driver would not let on the bus even though we showed we had paid for the return trip. He simply refused and didn’t care. We were forced to pay again today the amount of 26 euros.

We found the coach easily at the airport, there was plenty of space for the nine of us. We felt safe. The drop off point was a perfect place for our location in Munich

Everything worked out but bus overcrowded . I imagine Al travelers came at once. One concern. After getting luggage finding the stop was my biggest challenge of my journey. OST a few signs from luggage areas to the stop for travelers. Please.

Extremely informative. Covered a wide range. Very enthusiastic and energetic guide. A bit fast paced but enough stops.

It was great. I would suggest you advise customers that when they land they go to exit D - we went through exit B then ran around asking where the bus would be. Eventually we found it and driver very efficient.

Horrible, purchased a round trip and the driver never gave the voucher for the return,. So when I tried to use my pass to return to the airport, the driver made me pay again. Worst shuttle service and Viator would not refund my $$

The bus was really easy to find, just outside the airport. It's definitely a great way to get to the city centre quickly. It has 2 stops. The bus was also very clean and the seats were quite comfortable with space for your luggage.

Relatively easy to find bus stop outside the Munich airport. Very cost effective and efficient transport to the Munich train station.

The bus was located outside the terminal as described. It is marked with a yellow arrow and Lufthansa Express. The driver scanned our code and we were off. The coach was clean snd comfortable. Drop off point is just outside central train station. We would use again.

I purchase a Roundtrip fare for the Munich Airport to Munich Station from the airport went fine, but the ride back our pass no longer worked even though we stated we were going back 4 days later, had to pay twice more than original price to leave Munich, very unhappy, never again and no way to contact support.

As you walk out of the arrivals terminal, the bus is a walk across the street. The driver loaded our bags and we were headed to the train station/city center in minutes. My seat also had an outlet for recharging my phone, a great convenience. A smooth scenic ride without the need to navigate the S-bahn or the cost of a taxi from the airport.

The bus was just outside terminal two at baggage claim. It could not have been more convenient! And after a seven-hour flight across the. pond from New York, it was wonderful to not have the think about find the bus, etc. This beats trains to HB Munich hands down.

Easy way to get into the city from the airport but the ride was cheaper on the way back booking directly through the bus service and not using viator

The way to the bus was sign posted in the international terminal 2. There were no steps so it was an easy walk with cases. We had no trouble getting our tickets scanned and they printed out our return tickets too. We arrived after a sleepless 24hr flight and it was a relief to have this organised.
