IMunich to Vilshofen. Horrible transfer experience of $600. Driver was lost two hours in the wrong direction! He was using Wayz for mapping. Made driver stop driving, we remapped on Google Maps. Driver kept using and holding phone we almost got hit on the highway several times by other cars. He was driving out of lanes. We took phone from driver!!! I Viatour again was a disappointment. I should been refunded 100% for this transfer disaster.
Instead of trying to navigate the train system out of Munich, during Oktoberfest, we opted for the private transfer to Vilshofen. It was perfect! Not only did we get to visit The Dachau Memorial but our driver, Jakob, was wonderful. He shared cultural values and history. And the Mercedes van was super comfortable!

May 13, 2025, 12:23:20 PM Michael was very prompt and communication details were excellent. He was very pleasant, his car was very clean and he did an excellent job of getting us to Vilshofen and helping us locate our hotel. Due to our plane’s late arrival we were not able to make any sightseeing stops, but he did offer to make any other necessary stops we might need (market, food, etc.)
The tour was excellent. We had time to visit Dachau if you like on our way to our destination. The driver was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would recommend it to anyone.

The driver, Michel, was prompt, friendly, and kept the car cool for us while we toured Dachau. Although on the pricier side, the ability to visit an additional spot post-river cruise and not to have to navigate German taxi/train/bus systems was worth the price.

Oct 25, 2023, 11:57:33 AM Excellent service from Vilshofen to Munich. Frank communicated by text to let us know when he arrived. We stopped at the Trausnitz Castle, a wonderful experience. They have a museum you can tour before the castle tour. The museum has a very nice collection. Then we went on to Munich to our hotel. Easy, on time and a very nice vehicle.
