Private Departure Munich City To Munich Airport By Luxury Van

Charged twice for one trip. Refused refund. They sent two vans when only one was ordered. They refused to fix this.

Watch what they charge you. They charged me twice for a ride I ordered only once and refused to fix it.

Driver Simier was excellent on time and efficient and kind. Enjoyed our pleasant drive. Vehicle was very clean. Simet loaded and unloaded luggage with a smile !!

I booked a shuttle for a 7 AM hotel departure the morning of our flight, without consent, the company changed it to 6 AM, refused to pick us up at 7 and marked us as a no-show and also refuses to refund. They mentioned that since going to the airport, we would need to be there early but in my opinion that is not up to the shuttle company to determine. We used Uber. It was half the price and arrived at 7 AM and we had plenty of time at the airport. We found and texted the company multiple times that morning when we woke up, there was no response, Viator could not get a response from them as well.

I loved this pick up service. I was texted the day before with the name of the driver as well as his personal number. He showed up early, clean large van, water bottles, and a great friendly driver who spoke perfect English!

Seamless. Driver arrived on time and helped us with our luggage. Smooth, uneventful ride that got us to the airport with plenty of time.

5 stars Our drive Nizar was early and handled our luggage for us. He was professional and friendly. A very good driver. Delivered us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. This is a stress free way to get to the airport and he picked us up right at the hotel. I know uber may cost less but then we would have had to take all of our luggage to the meeting place. This transport was much easier and convenient. I highly recommend!

A private ride takes the anxiety out of figuring out public transportation to the airport and you determine the time you want to leave. Fast, easy and dependable. Driver arrived promptly on time.

Driver arrived early and was very helpful in loading the luggage and providing assistance. Arrived at the airport in a timely manner. He was pleasant, the van was very clean and comfortable. Superb service. Would highly recommend.

This is second time using this company and being driven by Samir. He is prompt, professional and always perfectly on time. We need a large vehicle as we travel with 6 and luggage and he has an immaculate Mercedes van with plenty of room.

The driver (Nizar) was wonderful and safe. It was a rainy morning and he got us to the airport safely and on time. We would recommend this service to anyone.

Samir was an excellent driver. He arrived right on time, helped load all our luggage and got us settled in for the ride to the airport. He was pleasant and he had us there in no time. The service did an excellent job of keeping me informed of when the driver would arrive and his name.

My family and I used this service to get to the airport from Munich for an early morning flight. The driver was on time, easy to reach via the Viator app, and friendly. I highly recommend.

Perfect driver! Picked us up exactly on time and delivered us to the airport with no issues. Highly recommend!

driver was communicative via the Viator app, showed up on time, provided a nice clean van for transporting all of our luggage, and got to the airport on time.

Driver was waiting for us holding a sign. Very nice transport. Clean and comfortable vehicle. Driver spoke English.

We used this service from the airport to our hotel and then back to the airport at the end of our visit. Samir communicated ahead of time and was friendly. He was early to pick us up and drove us safely and quickly. He offered water as soon as we got in which was great after a long flight. Would recommend!!

Can I rate 0 stars? The driver never showed and didn't get confirmation he wasn't coming till after we got to the airport via Uber.

So much better than lugging our luggage on public transportation! Our driver was prompt, courteous, and professional. It was a restful experience.

Driver was on time, professional and courteous. Van was spacious and clean. It had snowed the day before but the driver did an excellent job and we felt very safe.

Prompt and very helpful driver. Two car seats were provided for our boys, as we requested. Great service. Our flight was rescheduled three times due to early and unexpected snow, and each time, they were willing to accommodate our changing timetable. Highly recommend!

The driver was professional, on-time and reliable. We arranged for a 5.30 am pick-up and the driver arrived at the hotel lobby promptly to get us to the airport safely.

Our driver was great and on time! Very helpful. We appreciate how he helped us load and unload all of our suitcases.

They made me look and feel like I knew what I was doing with the 10 people I was traveling with. Came a few minutes earlier than scheduled pick up time, loaded the luggage and had plenty of water in the van. We definitely use them again. Thank you!

our driver was excellent & was only a few minutes late but let us know. Very overpriced service- nothing to do with the driver just the operators.

The driver was on time, courteous, efficient, and very nice. This is a review about transportation from our hotel in Munich to the Airport

Used this transfer service on May 18th. Driver was on time and offered helpful, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Our driver was wonderful! On time, accommodating and helpful. Would recommend their services - you’ll always find cheaper options but you can’t beat the quality of service they provide!

The driver was on time and cheerful--even at 3:30 AM. He got us to the airport quickly, safely, and comfortably.

Stress-free, easy trip to the airport. Excellent driver, on-time, friendly and helpful. We would use them again!

Travel is stressful and this service got our early morning flight and long day off travel off to the right start!

The driver was Great and friendly. The whole process was very easy. The driver picked us up at our hotel exactly when they said they would arrive. The drive was very relaxing and pleasant. Would highly recommend to use them!!!!!!

Driver was punctual and very courteous. He was helpful with the luggage. We made it to the airport with more than ample time to make our international flights.
