My twelve yr old daughter chose this as her activity when we were on holiday in Munich. We enjoyed it as a family and got lots of lovely photos, she had a great time!! Our 5 year old doesn't enjoy his photo taken so it wasn't his thing, We should of taken a toy for him to play with while we were taking photos with our daughter.

Not suitable for older kids (teens). I can see younger children being excited about this. But 2 rooms in a basement of props to take photos just didn’t cut it for teens. It’s not what it looks like online, imagine the same but less flashy and fancy. We tried to make the most of it but it was a huge disappointment for 2 kids that love magic and optical illusions. And the price? Crazy for what you actually get.
It was a lot of fun to play around with the different sets. The staff we're really friendly and even took a photo for us. Mum hadn't laughed that much on years she said. If you got an hour spare and not sure where to go I really do recommend visiting.
Sadly irs way too overpriced and some of the motuves are not really thought-through and don‘t work properly… we got 2-3 nice pictures out of the tour for around 20€
This place is a pathetic scam—-it’s a greatly overhyped children’s play place and the closest to “magic” you get is goofy cheap photoshoots. Would NOT reccomend.
Not really that great. Really over rated. Not much to see or do there. Ok for little kids. Would not recommend to a friend
Good photos can be taken, but it is not as good and entertaining as they advertise it. It can take about an hour to do it all.
Absolutely loved the Magic Bavaria Museum in Munich! It’s a stunning blend of illusion, art, and interactive fun. A must-visit spot for anyone, especially if you’re coming from abroad. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen—truly magical from start to finish. Don’t miss it!
Wow, for a raining day wow. Just have a lot of funny pictures in very strange position🤪🤭Surprisingly enough not very crowded for a Saturday noon
Very cool experience, kids loved it and you get to learn a lot of new info about Bavaria. Great weekend activity. The pictures are also awesome
The sections were amazing. We took so many photos. My kid can spend hours in there especially in the ball pit. We just loved the place especailly the upside rock climbing experience. Definitely recommend everyone.
great fun activities for kids. The ball pit was so much fun that my kid would spend atleast an hour. The mountain upside experience is good too for someone to try out. We definitely recommend families to take kids with them.
Super. Excellent. Children were very happy. We spent very good time together with the family. Nice place to visit. I recommend to visit it.
It was very good, you could take beautiful pictures
It was nice but a bit expensive
Completely overpriced and overhyped! Nothing magical on site at all and not an experience either - the 'illusion' is created later on the phone in the photo. Partially also very worn out. All these 5-star reviews are fake! Always 'first name' and 'first letter of last name' plus one sentence??
Nice but waaaay too expensive for what is offered. Space at the photo spots is sometimes much too small. Letters are missing from all the magnetic letters so that you cannot write names completely. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is completely out of proportion here
Not worth it for the price. 1000 m2 sounds big, but it is actually very manageable… Do not order anything to eat or drink: it takes at least 30‘🙁
Very fun and great as a stopover
We had a lot of fun here and will recommend Magic Bavaria to others.
Good! Good parking options and great promotions
Highly recommended - it was a lot of fun.
Let fewer people in Something different for a change
Let fewer people in but otherwise it was good
It was fun and always good, and there were always good Bavarian impressions to be found.
I thought the place was great because there were very fun areas with a lot of variety
We took some nice photos, but the photos with the self-timers installed there unfortunately didn't turn out well. You should know where to position yourself for the overhead photos to still make it into the shot; the few seconds until the shutter releases are not enough to quickly "drape" yourself.. For the high price, we had expected more. We wanted to come as a group of four, but nearly $100 for a few nice photos is steep, so two people stayed home. PS: Tip: if you are going to take jump photos on a trampoline, it should be functional..
I was able to learn a lot and it was cool
Good but too little for the price
It was very good and I liked it a lot
Very nice It was very nice and good
very good as a student good
Was there with the class, it was a lot of fun
Mega experience, I can 100% recommend it to everyone
Good, you could see a lot and such
The ball pit amused me very positively. Highly recommended
Wonderful, everything very exciting and great photos!
Everything great! Many photo spots to take cool pictures!
Very good, everything perfect, it was very nice
Perfect for teenagers and great fun for the whole family
It was a fun experience for young and old
It was very fun. We laughed a lot and took quirky photos.
chair. It was a little small Everything is fine I liked it a lot
An absolute rip-off!!! Unfortunately, I did not read the previous reviews as we landed there spontaneously, but I can only confirm it! Dirty, old, and small. We were there for less than 30 minutes, and that for €22 per person. P. Incredible 😡
Not huge, but you can take super funny photos! And the server Lea in the bistro is super nice😎
We were looking for a nice trip during the holidays as a family with teenagers and on the internet the Magic Bavaria was shown to us as a tip. The entrance is great and very promising, you can also take some nice and funny pictures and stay with older children maybe about 1.5 hours maximum in it. However, in our opinion, far too little was offered for such a short time for the high admission price.
- Crowded, worn, unfriendly, designed for mass tourism - Toilets unhygienic, no soap, lockers partially broken, without labeling, coat rack without adhesion - 4 large rooms - where visitors stand in each other's way, you are through in an hour if you photograph everything - Price not justified - Photos can be sent by email. I did, but the gallery was empty. So all the photos go
Most of them are backgrounds for funny shots with your phone. Some are really quite funny, but in a good hour you'll be through. I would say an entrance fee of 10€ for this would be appropriate. But to charge 25€ for something like this (for children 17€) is really rip-off! There was also a problem with the lockers: No number on the key for my locker tomorrow, so we didn't know what our compartment was afterwards. We tried some compartments and I was able to open several of them with my key! If I'd been dishonest, I could have just cleaned out those compartments! I was very frightened, because maybe someone else has already cleared our compartment with his key! Finally, I found our subject and was okay. Don't use the lockers because your belongings aren't safe! Or better: Save the whole thing!
For me, the visit to Magic Bavaria was a highlight. Super nice staff, with us it was sparkling and very clean and well maintained. We took great photos and enjoyed the time very much. Really cool with kids but also recommended for a visit with friends. We will be back....
We were there as a family group with a total of 10 people. The price of this small location is outrageous. The motifs are all worn and dirty. Headsets that are so disgustingly unhygienic. The balls ad full of dirt, hair and garbage. You are here after 10 minutes through and regret the journey and the money. Go get an ice cream, you'll have more of it.
