Our tour guide was name Daniel and I can’t tell you enough about how knowledgeable and kind he was. Very beautiful place to visit. Give yourself more time.

The meeting point is wrong. They Residenzstr. 11 in front of Buchere / Philippe Patek. That building is maybe number 3 where I was. The Guide called and was looking for me, which took a while. Number 111 is down the street all covered up with construction where you can’t see anything.. She was all stressed out and so was I which didn’t make for a very relaxing tour afterwards.l

Diana has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Residenz. She was a friendly and welcoming guide. We would recommend her to anyone taking this tour.

David's encyclopedic knowledge and obvious deep interest and enthusiasm for the history of the ruling family and the Residenz made it an extremely worthwhile experience.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It felt kind of long on a hot day, but the place is so large it takes that long.

Our guide did a great job. Very knowledgeable. There were so many things in the Residenze that I did not know existed (Relics).

Thought this was like other three tours where you showed them your ticket. The fine print said otherwise. By the time we figured it out it was too late for tour. We had to buy new tickets to see it. Much better to buy tickets and use free audio guide than pay $200 more dollars for a live guide. I do not recommend this tour.

We had an excellent guide who decided to extend our tour with 30min. He made the Residenz come alive as he explained everything very well. This was my second visit, and a very enjoyable 3hours!

The meeting place to start the tour was hard to find. I recommend something simpler and clearer. The tour guide was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, at times her answers and presentations were too complex and rambling.

The guide ensured we knew the history of the structure, including what was able to be preserved as original versus what portions had been restored or put in what was believed to be historically accurate.
