It’s a scam. It includes only the museum even though it doesn’t say anywhere that it’s only for the museum and nothing else

I was disappointed, that once I arrived at the stadium, it was cheaper to just book a ticket there. I wasted money through a 3rd party, and what they advertised a 2 1/2 guided tour was nothing at all what happened, I was given half an hour in one area to take some photos. I have used TripAdvisor many times to my satisfaction, but thus us a scam, and I was told this is the case by the staff at Allianz. Very worth a trip, was amazing, but just turn up and buy a much cheaper ticket.

This is a huge scam - DO NOT BOOK. They advertise a guided tour which isn’t true it’s just the museum and a view of the stadium. I paid €35 for this via VIATOR. When the same package is available at the Stadium on the day for €18.

This is a scam!!!! There are no third-party tours! Drive to the stadium and book your tour there - it will actually take place, unlike the one from Szilkatours s.r.o. - The alleged ticket for the museum didn't work either. The QR code was fake. We burned 110€ - even if the tickets had worked, they were more expensive than at the arena.

Viator has no contract with the Allianz Arena. Our ticket was not accepted and the money is gone. Therefore, I cannot recommend Viator.
