Great room and building, but it’s a bit far away from the city center. Also, there is no reception, so you need to solve your own problems, luckily though it’s got all the utilities you typically need.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Kalm.Stay Munich. The apartment was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made the stay very comfortable. The self check-in process was seamless, and everything was well organized from arrival to departure. The location offers excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the overall design created a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting Munich for business or leisure, Kalm.Stay is an excellent choice. Great value for money, outstanding comfort, and a hassle-free experience. I would definitely stay here again!

I was in Munich for just a couple of days and this was Smartliving was a great and affordable option. The building is located 3-4 minute walk from the nearest train station which gave very quick and easy transport into the city and event center, the neighborhood is also very quiet. The staff I met was very nice and helpful as well.
