Pullman Munich Hotel

Excellent location, as just a few steps away from the U6 connectivity. Our room was spacious as we weee lucky to have an upgrade. The disappointment was the housekeeping services. Just one day we asked for a room cleanup and they hadn’t done it till our return in the evening. Ended up waiting in the lobby for 45 mins for a haphazard and partial cleanup 😢

My stay in the hotel was very nice. The filipina malyn housekeeping always make my rooms so cleaned and smells good she also make flower towels in my bed.because I ask here if she can clean my rooms since I find out that I must scan the QR code for room cleaning but she never hesitate to offered me her service for cleaning. I give here a little tip because she deserved it.

I really like this hotel. The location is perfect, the subway is not too far, only 5-6 minutes walk. The community around is peaceful, cool and save. People in this hotel is warm and hospitable. The facility here in the hotel is very sweet and relaxing. If I come back to Munich, I will definitely book this hotel.

This stay was surprisingly lacking in basic hospitality standards. The room did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, lotion, or conditioner — amenities that are commonly available even in many budget hotels. In addition, drinking water was not readily prepared in the room, and guests were required to go downstairs to refill bottles themselves. Individually these may seem minor, but together they significantly affected the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. After staying in many hotels over the years, this is honestly one of the most under-equipped experiences I’ve had. I hope the management seriously reviews the guest experience and basic room setup expectations..
