This hotel is such a scam. Want to change the dates? Well good luck because they will decline your request. We have decided to book extra night in Italy so we wanted to change our arrival in this scam and even trough booking showed they have available capacity, they have declined the request. I will rather loose 300€ than spend night in this 5* crap without AC. Their reply time is such slow it is unbelievable. When you call there they will say you have to write an email, which they will reply in a few hours. Overall such a scam, better to loose money.

Very good value for money, comfortable room, attentive smiley staff, fast check out, very well served by public transport (metro and busses). Easy street parking (free) but the parking garage is also available for €21/night. About the sauna: it’s a 6-minute walk away, inside the tennis club. It’s over 90°C, mixed-gender, and clothing-free. The changing rooms and showers are communal, but separated by gender. There’s a nice cold shower and outdoor access for cooling down, though no cold plunge bath. It’s accessible from 8:00am until midnight. There is no free water fountain, but you can buy water at the gym’s reception. You can’t pour water on the stones yourself, but there’s an automatic aufguss infusion every 20 minutes. The sauna and shower areas were clean, although the changing room floor was not clean at all. It’s a busy gym / tennis club changing room, don’t expect the atmosphere of a luxury spa. That said, we still really enjoyed the experience because the sauna itself is large, quiet, comfortable, with relaxing ambient lighting, and is very warm and smells good.
My rating is fairly generous, all things considered. Where do I start? It was just a series of little things that made this trip less than enjoyable for me. Firstly, my partner booked a bigger room which I did not get upon arrival, cannot speak to the staff’s assumptions behind that but fair enough. The room itself was very underwhelming as was the subpar “hospitality” setup. There was a “grand” total of two towels in the bathroom. One being a face towel. There was one pillow on the bed. Yes, one. Didn’t even know hotels did that. And for heating, you have a choice of plugging in the radiator or using the lamp but not both. Finally to the breakfast, pretty lacklustre buffet. Limited selection and very slow food refills. My omelette was undercooked and overcooked at the same time. Remarkable feat. Oh and you have to infer that omelettes are available because it is not apparent immediately.
Arrived on Sun May 4th and had a special request which the staff fulfilled right away with friendliness and respect. They were very accommodating. Top-notch rooms, great buffet breakfast, and a 10 min walk to a subway stop. Great location when visiting Munich on a holiday.
This hotel was a disappointment. The location was odd, though the gardens were beautiful. Also the bed was comfortable. The service was minimal. The parking was 19 euros in a residential area though there was plenty of street parking. The balcony was nice but old, rotting, and needed cleaning or replacement. But the worst part— it was hot, and they didn’t even have a fan to lend us!! The second worst part— no coffee in the room! These two last items made our not cheap room just not pleasant. Also the decor was dated. Sorry, I can’t recommend!
