Not properly maintained. Not 4 star hotel for sure. Would better go to another location. Overpriced, air conditioning not working, no answer from the management after our complaints... Television not working, 30 minutes to get a new battery for the remote. Is that my job the run around the hotel? 225€ and I need to do the maintenance on my own... Unacceptable. Never again
We have been staying at the hotel during for the concert of Adele. The price were extremely high but we decided to boom based on other review. It's definitely overrated! It's maybe a 3 stars but for sure not more. The air conditioning was not working and we got 29 degrees in the room... As you can imagine impossible to sleep and the front desk was not able to help. We asked for compensation and the said 20% is what we can offer you.. lift not working, tv not working, no more milk at breakfast and 30 minutes to get the key of the room... Much better option in touch, this one is the worse!
Disgraceful inflated prices during events, stone bed that will not let you sleep and open transparent shower right in the middle of the room and in front of the window for everyone to see as the rooms are organized around a squared patio. Unless you want to travel back in a guest house of the 90s there are much better options in Munich. Still a star for the staff which was very helpful and friendly.
I woke up at 7am very uncomfortable and in extreme pain in my neck and shoulder and ended up writing the review below Being from the hospitality industry this is one of my worst stays ever. Firstly, the BED AND PILLOWS are horrible. I am pregnant and genuinely have a severe back issue and sleeping on that bed I woke up every single day of my stay with a bad neck, shoulder and back pain along with a headache. We wanted to check out half way through our stay but they refused to refund the money even though it was a genuine problem (they said they would return 24€ out of 250€ if we wish to check out early). We had 2 more days left on our stay and ended up checking out early cause it was unbearable (gifted them the 24€). On that note I would like to thank the staff of this hotel for being so accommodating :) 👎 Secondly, the service is definitely not a 4 star. We asked for a fork in our room at 10pm and they told us to go to the bar and get it your self. Poor service 👎 Thirdly, breakfast has very limited options especially for a vegetarian / vegan person. And do note the food options do run out 👎 the dinner options are very limited too. They have nothing available listed on the menu but the staff did give us 2 more options not listed on the menu which are not vegetarian / vegan friendly 👎 Lastly, if this matters to you the hotel room does NOT HAVE LOCKERS, luggage rack and toiletries (except for soap and shampoo) 👎 The location is not so convenient as it is on the outskirts of the main city and you do need to take multiple buses and trains to reach the main city. Lesson learnt to always check the map properly before booking a hotel. Thank you for a very unpleasant and a very disappointing stay in Munich It was this branch and not the other branch. 4 stars but still mixed feelings. The place is nice for a business trips stay, but you need to be alone in the room for sure - the shower is in the bedroom - literally. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not so. It was warm enough and had perfect dimmed curtains. The breakfast was good, the coffee as well. Keep in mind that there's nothing working around in the evening - the area is business related and after working hours it gets empty.
