Not impressed at all! Carpets are filthy in the halls and in the room! Fridge is not working! Restaurant is closed! Can’t find the spa! Curtains are torn! No shampoo in bathroom - just body wash ) which was empty) and liquid soap! Burned out light bulb. Cobwebs on the lamp! Not recommended!

We had a very nice stay here during a long layover in Munich! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and suggested a great place for dinner. It was not luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. We would stay there again!

The only good thing about this place is probably its location - 1 bus stop away from the train station. Otherwise it was rather miserable. The A/C wasn’t working, and the room had a strong stench which husband described as “old carpet smell”. Thankfully the windows could be opened but you will be subject to the noise of trains passing by. The room is bare except for a TV, hair dryer, safe and some tea packets, not even a bottle of water. The first floor lift button wasn’t working as well but no notice was put up, so people were waiting around the lift for a long time wondering what’s going on. Apparently you had to walk up the stairs to the next floor to use the lift. Drinks were exorbitant. A fruit juice and a coke amounted to 7 euros. Daylight robbery.

The room was really nice — cozy, spacious, and in a beautiful location near the river. The hotel had good amenities overall. My main feedback is that the shower hose in my room was not working well, there was no water available near the front desk when I checked in at night, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was quite poor. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.
