Had a good experience here, after being worried by other reviews. Room we had was very clean and modern. No issues at all. Location was awesome. Staff at reception were nice. Rooms were much better for the price than other expensive and dated hotels around

By far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Let’s start with the few, but still noteworthy, positives. First, the location was amazing. We were only a minute’s walk from Marienplatz, the bustling city center, and Viktualienmarkt was literally just across the street. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. We booked a junior suite because the photos online showed a spacious room with a large fold-out couch, a separate living area, and enough space to comfortably accommodate our family of three. However, when we arrived, the room looked nothing like what had been advertised. There was no pull-out couch, no separate living room, and the room itself was extremely small. When we brought this up with management, they acknowledged that the room photos shown online are just an example of one specific Junior Suite and are not guaranteed to reflect the room guests will actually receive because it is a “boutique” hotel and each room is different. However, I don’t think guests should be expected to pay for a specific room category based on misleading photos and then receive something entirely different. We paid for a junior suite that appeared suitable for three people, but that is not what we were given. This felt like false advertising. The room was also extremely impractical and uncomfortable. There was only one power outlet in the room, and it wasn’t even near the bed. In fact, there wasn’t even a bed stand. The bathroom door was made of frosted glass and had no lock, meaning there was zero privacy. The ceilings were sharply slanted, creating a safety hazard and making a large portion of the already-small room unusable. We bumped our heads on the ceiling several times during our stay. To make matters worse, the hot water stopped working on an occasion, forcing us to take cold showers. There were also numerous bugs in the room, including many ants and a spider. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was cramped, impractical, poorly maintained, EXPENSIVE.
A fantastic experience and an unbeatable location! While the bar area could use a wider selection, our overall stay was awesome. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our requests. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.
Everything about this hotel was great, especially the location and customer service. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk team to housekeeping, was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. A special mention goes to Stephanie, who was very friendly and always attentive to our questions and requests. She truly made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable.
I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was kind and courteous, and the room was very clean. The breakfast service was excellent, and the ladies working at breakfast were especially welcoming and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. 100% recommend.
