Leonardo Hotel & Residenz Munchen

our overall experience at this hotel was 10/10. Everything was excellent: the location, proximity to public transport, room size, the courteous and helpful staff, and the perfect breakfast. We will recommend it to friends and will stay here again when we return to Munich.

The hotel is excellent, with a great location and the metro just two minutes away. We were also provided with a crib—for which we are especially grateful—and my child was given a stuffed toy (a small gesture, but a nice one). The housekeeping staff are friendly and always happy to provide whatever you ask for. The hotel also features a great spa area; it’s not huge, but it offers a peaceful setting where you can relax and enjoy two good saunas. The reception staff are always helpful and ready to offer advice. 10/10—this is our sixth time staying here, and we’ll be back.

A perfect hotel - really close to the underground but in a nice quiet area. The rooms were a good size, even for three of us, and included a small kitchen which was so helpful for budgeting for a family for a few days. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well located in a calm neighborhood, near the metro and close to a grocery store and nice restaurants. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. However, the lighting was a bit lacking, the toilet seat was put in a position that made it tight for plus size people and there was a huge step into the shower that was also a bit of a potential issue while stepping out of it as there was no place to hold for support. Also, as my friend got injured by hitting her head in a very pointy lamp support in the bedroom and started bleeding, the hotel did not have a first aid kit to help us deal with the injury. thankfully it was small and we were able to just buy what we needed from the grocery store, but if it was a more urgent emergency, the hotel would not be ready.
