Staff is first class. Hotel amazing. Kitchen out of this world. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great courtyard and very pretty aesthetics, but we had to upgrade our room as the main bedrooms and bathrooms were very small and one had to step up into a corner shower that did not have much room. The courtyard was lovely with great food!

We stayed at Hotel München Palace for 5 nights with our toddler and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally warm, accommodating, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room overlooked the beautiful courtyard, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and an ideal retreat after a day of exploring Munich. The food was excellent, with high-quality dishes and great service at every meal. What truly stood out, however, was the friendliness of the entire team. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming stay in Munich.

This is truly a 5-star hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Room was clean and service is above par. Fruit basket (strawberries were heavenly) and chocolates as welcome gifts and daily refill on mini-bar (good selection of drinks and a special beer from Stuttgart—for those beer aficionados) are nice, thoughtful touches. As we had a busy schedule while in Munich, we were not able to try the breakfast buffet but ordered breakfast room service, which was delivered on time and cooked to our liking. Location is in a nice, quiet area especially for those seeking peaceful refuge from the hustle, bustle of a city centre location. Overall, this hotel remains top of mind for us in case we visit Munich again.😊
