I liked the room and bathroom design which was simple and modern yet comfortable, air conditioning worked well and the shower was good - no fridge or iron through. I also really liked the bar and dining area. Breakfast was great, with a wide choice (although I'd prefer grilled Nuremberg sausages rather than the Bavarian white ones - I know these are a local delicacy though!). Roof terrace and pool are a nice space - but overrun with outside visitors especially at the weekend so not that relaxing (if you're staying in the hotel, it's sunny, and you want a space - you'd better get up there by 10am). They should maybe charge for outside visitors to try and limit numbers and allow space for hotel guests. All staff I met were really nice and helpful. Room servicing was lax - glasses and mugs were not replaced or cleaned, coffee wasn't replenished and glasses we used from the bar were left for the entire stay. When the shower gel ran out I put the empty bottle on the floor so the cleaner would see it - but they simply put the empty bottle back on the shelf rather than replacing it! The hotel isn't in the centre of town but it's a peaceful area with a bus on the doorstep or a 20 min walk to the nearest S-Bahn. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance too. I'd certainly come back and stay here again.

Great work of reception and restaurant staff, attention to details. Good breakfasts. Modern rooms with good modern AC. No transparency on stay of home pets: the price of stay has not been shown on Booking, and it is as high as 25 EUR per night. Poor quality of room service: not washing glasses, bedding has not been changed within a few days. Even toliet paper has not been added. Rooftop pool and restaurant suffer from flying wasps, very annoying. Rooms are quite small and not soundproof at all, a lot of noise from other rooms coming in. Screen mirroring in the rooms is not working, so TV was useless. No fridge and no iron in the room. Parking is 12 EUR per night, even though the hotel is not in the city center.
I had a 4 night stay and it was very pleasant. Breakfast is 25 euros for each person per day; thankfully, there’s a supermarket +/-10 mins walking distance away and there’s restaurants 20 mins walking distance away so there were some cheaper options available. The breakfast was the same thing everyday so it could get monotonous pretty quick. The location is on an industrial block so there’s not much to do. Thankfully there’s buses that run in front of the hotel so it was easy for a tourist, like myself to move around and sight see.
A perfectly pleasant hotel, with excellent attentive staff, and a decent breakfast. The downside is the location but if you take particular delight in industrial estates, this may be the place for you. Either way, I hope you have a delightful day.
Room had true blackout curtains which were great for sleeping after catching a red eye flight. Overhead shower had great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was great with eggs, meat, coffee, juice, pastries, yogurt, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
