Das Nikolai Hotel

The team was amazing; so friendly; each of them! I remember the names of Alex and Sandro. There also two very kind women! They all are so genuine and nice.. We felt like home.

I was given a room with peeling walls in the bathroom, dirty walls and hardly acceptable furniture. Breakfast was lovely as well as the lady at the front desk desk. However when i asked to be contacted by the manager I received no response and I am very upset about this.

Nicely located hotel, with super nice and helpful staff. Size of room and bed quality is good. Rooms a bit dated, but didnt bother me too much. The breakfast is amazing, even caviar available! Only issue was that there are very few lights in the room, wasn't easy to work at night because of that, but it's a small thing.

Small rooms, very nice staff, limited street parking - although they do give you a dash placard giving permission to park. Some street noise, mainly from pedestrians. Tiny elevator, but I’ve come to appreciate having *any* elevator when lugging luggage up and down. Nice that it is next to the English Garden park.
