If you have the opportunity to stay at Andaz Munich, I highly recommend it. The hotel offers everything you’d expect from a luxury property, spacious, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities that made for a very comfortable stay. The real highlight, though, is the rooftop bar. It offers sweeping panoramic views across Munich and is worth a visit whether you’re staying at the hotel or just looking for a memorable place to enjoy a drink. It’s easy to see why it’s such a popular destination. One tip: make a reservation in advance. The rooftop fills up quickly, and for good reason. Between the outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and spectacular city views, Andaz made for a fantastic stay, and I’d happily return.

We loved our experience at this hotel! It was a little bit removed from the city center but public transportation was easy and very convenient. It was also a very peaceful area. We really enjoyed the spa and felt very taken care of by the staff. We received an upgrade and a complementary bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! We’re very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Munich and would highly recommend!

we have arranged a dinner at Andaz by Hyatt for our vip guests last night. Choosing the right venue was extremely important, as all our guests are very well-travelled and not easily impressed. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. During the site inspection arranged by Pham, our Office Manager was warmly welcomed and given full access to view the restaurant and select the tables that best suited our event. The attention to detail started long before the actual dinner. The evening itself on the 16th was simply outstanding — from the welcome, to the service, atmosphere, selection of wine (many complimented) and of course the food. Everything was flawless. I was quite cautious when selecting the venue, knowing the expectations of our guests, but the Andaz team delivered an unforgettable experience. Even two hours after the dinner ended, I was still receiving messages from attendees commenting on the incredibly high level of the arrangement. A very special thank you to Katja, Migena, Daniel, and of course Thomas, whose team truly exceeded expectations. You reminded me once again why Hyatt always remains such a special and reliable choice. Chapeaux to the entire F&B and culinary teams — thank you all once again for creating such a memorable evening.

Lovely hotel. Convenient location. Andaz Art room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and packed full of many options. Spa was clean and the service provided was excellent. Eleanore at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. All around positive experience.
