We stayed here for Oktoberfest this year and we picked it primarily due the 2 minute walk to the train station and the hotel breakfast (which was amazing and had such a variety) was included. It is kind of far from the center but the train is right there which makes it easy (however there is construction on the line that goes to the center so you have to do transfers now). The hotel is in a residential neighborhood so it’s a quiet and there’s a few local food options 5-10 min away but it’s not touristy at all. The rooms were decent size nothing special a little outdated and not that much light, but they did have central air conditioning. They also have a free water station that you can use to refill and get water 24/7 and a decent patio. The only con is if youre on a lower floor you can sometimes hear the people sitting outside the lobby but the beds were super comfortable so it didn’t really bother.

We just arrived today and the employee at the reception was very rude to us We had stayed here before 6 months ago in december 2025 and we were parking our car in the front and it was free of charge. This time this rude employee whom i learned later that he is the manager told us to pay 15 euros per night. I told him that we stayed here before not long ago and we did not pay any parking fee. He said "this is munich". He was so rude. It is not only about paying extra per night but he was so arrogant. Staring from the first welcome he did treated me badly. Don't stay here! Also the room was in bad shape and there was noise coming from the ventilation of the bathroom. We asked for a quite room but our room was facing the service room. There was a lot of noise coming from the room. There is the market Lidl next to our window and there were delivery all night long till the morning , we could not sleep at any time.
Air-conditioning didn't work, the fridge in the room didn't work, one lift was out of action and other one kept breaking down (try carrying heavy suitcases down 4 floors). No soap in bathrooms. Best to avoid
Way far from anything . No restaurant near by , no decent grocery stores near by . They don’t respond to email . I’ve traveled to many countries . Is rare when you get a hotel that does not have a coffee maker in the room . Only way to get one is to upgrade your room ? Kind of ridiculous . This is something most hotels offer . Bar food is ok . Free water , lol that’s good right now as it’s hot . Towels are pretty small . Not trying to Bag on everything here . It’s an ok hotel .
A lovely hotel in a quiet location handy for public transport The hotel is modern, light and airy. My room was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller A business single A comfortable bed, plenty of storage, a spacious bathroom and windows that open. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety representing good value for money. This Hotel is working hard with its eco credentials. I would stay here again.
