Fantastic location in the core of Munchen!! Major sight seeing and local restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff from the front desk, restaurant and housecleaning do a wonderful job here. From the warm welcome upon our arrival, the staff here are kind and helpful here! The all inclusive breakfast was consistently excellent offering a variety of food - eggs done to your liking, stir fry fresh vegetables, bacon, sausages, cold meat, cheeses, variety of yogurt, pastries, bread, fresh squeezed orange juice or make your own carrot/zinger juice. The staff were attentive and helpful every morning! The room was spacious and well maintained thanks to behind the scene housekeeping. Perfect spot to either to enjoy your vacation or stay for business.

We had an amazing stay at 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian. Unfortunately, our first night had to be relocated to another hotel because of an overbooking. However, the team handled the situation professionally and went above and beyond to make things right. When we returned the next day, we were surprised with an upgrade to the beautiful Peacock Suite. It completely exceeded our expectations. The suite was stunning, spacious, uniquely designed and full of character. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the kindness of every staff member we met. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps away from München Hauptbahnhof, making it easy to get around the city. Thank you to the whole team for turning an unfortunate situation into such a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
A Quirky hotel something very different. Thr Rooms are very dark and dimly illuminated, with a few odd features even a tiny boom box. Bathroom has a tiled wet room & shower. Staff are super friendly, Nice breakfasts and a cracking bar. Not far to walk to all the action. Perfect location for a city break and next to the train. station.
Great hotel with a true Bavarian spirit — cozy, creative, and full of character. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance: bus and train stations, historical attractions, and museums. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and I especially loved the traditional Weißwurst and fresh pretzels. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, including the kitchen team. I would especially like to mention two wonderful ladies who truly made me smile throughout my stay: Anastasia (Nastya) from the reception team and Rali from the breakfast team. Girls power! Thank you for making my stay so special and memorable. ❤️
I stayed here for three nights. It was extremely disappointing. It all began when the staff at reception were not friendly, not inviting and pretty rude and short. Then, I went to my room and found a horrible dark stain on my mattress cover which was visible through the sheet and the shower smelled extremely musty and smelly and the overall room was not clean. I asked to move room which luckily was met with no friction. I was moved to a room that was better, but then to my disappointment the safe did not work. They attempted to fix it but with no success (and making me wait over an hour), claiming that as it was a Sunday and I would need to be without a working safe as there is no one to fix it. After explaining that I refuse to be in a hotel room without a basic amenity like a safe they agreed to move me to a different room. This room was great except for extremely loose shower handles (felt like it could fall out in your hands). The worst part of all though, is when I ordered still water to the room and the worker did not wait for me to open the door (half a second after shouting that I was coming) and proceeded to open the door and enter!! This is extremely alarming and made me feel incredibly unsafe. This is simply unacceptable. I will not be returning. However, I will add that the restaurant in the hotel was great.
