Beautiful Beautifully Hotel with a define architectural! I was amazed with the plant decor and no mosquitos at all. Comfort all the way with staff and food! Staff made us feel welcome and greeted us over our expectations plus very attentive to our needs. Restaurant seating was optional inside or outside. I sat inside for dinner and outside for breakfast. I would come back and recommend Hotel de la Soledad!

This was the most elegant setting I have stayed in anywhere in Mexico. I loved the art, sculptures, plants, trees and flowers which were everywhere. Best of all, the people working there. Very attentive and friendly. I walked out the door each morning and explored the historic center. Gorgeous.
Don’t stay here, although it’s a 5 star hotel the try and suck any penny they can out of you. When checking out they charges us an extra $800 pesos to clean our sheets bc apparently they had stains on them. Stains that we did not leave on the sheets. The AC didn’t work and they didn’t care. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom the following morning. The manager is rude and didn’t care to make our experience any better. Apparently you are not allowed to have alcohol in your own room….. I’ve never heard of that rule. Needless to say they just want to find ways to make an extra buck.
This hotel is breath taking ! Photos do not do it justice! The bed was so comfy! Every employee was kind to us and also helping us when needed! We also ate at the restaurant and was over the moon with how good the food would! I would recommend this hotel and restaurant over and over again!
