Good tour, driver was attentive, safe, and provided great information on the things we saw. Disappointed that we toured on Sunday - fruit and rum stops closed. 0830 tour confirmed and detailed. 0833 tour of 4 left. 0905 our tour finally departed. Suggestion - include a bottle of water Solo friendly.

We were unable to take the tour due to my husband being ill. I contacted the operator early in the morning, no response. So I took the tender to shore, found them explained the issue and was told to come back 15 mins before the tour was due to leave. I did explained again to a 3rd person who told me it was too late to do anything about it. I acknowledged that it was non refundable after 24 hours prior, but asked him to reply to my email confirming this, he never did.
Wanted to experience and see the island. This tour did this and we went around the entire island. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t cooperating in the start of the tour but it turned out to be a great day Kali was a great driver and would recommend this tour if you are not a beach goer
This tour was in a 8 seater mini bus. Getting in and out was very easy. Ride was comfortable. Our guide was a local so she knew her history and was very easy to get on with. She managed to get into very busy spots for us to see the most beautiful parts of the country. We all enjoyed our tour around the island. And would recommend it.
Communication when we were delayed was very efficient. Tour leader Tower, was very knowledgable and informative and very friendly. Only slight complaint- need water and maybe some snacks (maybe breadfruit chips?) in vehicle as we were unable to take from cruise ship.

Moorea is a lovely island. We have used this tour company twice now to tour the island and both times have been outstanding. Friendly, informative and comfortable.
Tehoti our guide was supposed to meet us with a sign with our names as we came off the ferry. Took us ten minutes to find him. No sign. He was on other side of Pier. Told us he would take the four of us to our driver. Turned out he was the driver and guide. Driver/Guide appeared new to job. Knew about Captain Cook but not the earlier explorers. Tour was 3 hours. We covered 1/3 of Island in 2 hours and drove by rest of island in last hour. Took us to a pineapple processor and left us at entrance. Waiting for us at gift shop where he encouraged beverage sampling. Stoped at a dumpy beverage bar with rip off clothing prices for twenty minutes. Stopped to see a pig sleeping on the beach. Guide drove two fast up wind road to top of mountain and back down. No water on board. Really surprised this was a Viator trip. Not recommended.
I’m sorry to report that this tour was not worth the time, effort or money. First the seating in the van is very tight and the AC was blowing out warm air. No AC for the entire tour. The tour guide was very bad. He barely talked and gave us any information about the island unless we inquired. At times my husband and I found him to be rude. One patron asked about popular sporting activities on the island. The tour guide replied, “football and baha.” When the patron questioned what was baha he replied, “ look it up.” Isn’t a tour guide supposed to be knowledgeable about the island?!? At one point I asked if we were heading back to the ship. He responded we were circling the island but never spoke again about what we were seeing. He was too busy looking at his phone.
The scenery was beautiful and the driver and guide made it a fun day out. Would highly recommend the tour around the island.
Donovan was our energetic, informative, and friendly guide on our Destination Highlights (air conditioned!) bus tour of Moorea. He shared much information about Moorea, his (large) family, and what it has been like living on Moorea. We will be planning our return soon. The natural beauty of the island and its' friendly residents in light of living with challenges is captivating. This man was one of the best guides we've had anywhere. For the record, the bus driver also deserves compliments for his ability to navigate narrow roads. This was a wonderful tour!

We were disappointed as Viator excursions are always exceptionally great. The tour started at 1 pm instead of the scheduled 111:30 pm. The tour guide, Selma, was not apologetic and actually started out rather rude and was confrontational with members of the group. Things improved during the course of the tour- she gave some information but she didn’t really answer posed questions. But I suppose everyone can have a poor attitude once in a while.
Bus service was good. First time tour guide didn’t really give history or general overview of the island. Overall it was a pleasant tour. Would recommend to others.
We enjoyed the tour but thought it would be in a van not a huge bus. There is a van and a bus in the picture advertising. The guide was good and gave lots of info. The sound system on the bus was terrible and made it difficult to under stand much of what was being said

We had the Moorea tour with Torea Nui. The tour was lead by Hina and the captain of the boat Teahi. They have been really amazing: funny, caring and with constant attention to all the customers. The lunch was wonderful too, most part prepared on site and in a breathtaking landscape. We really recommend the company but above all Hina, whose family must be proud of her, and Tehai.

Tour guide was informative and provided a lot of information about Moorea. Was on time to pick us up from the ferry and it was nice to be in air conditioning given how hot it was. Stopped off at all the hot spots and extras along the way when we wanted for photos. Would recommend but is a fairly remote island with not a lot to offer other than spectacular scenery.

Very nice guide who took us to several beautiful places but he explained very little about the island. As we drove along and passed churches, various buildings, etc. There was no explanation of what they were. The fruit factory was a disappointment as we were expecting fruit juice and not alcohol drinks. Moorea remains one of the most beautiful islands we have seen and at least this tour allowed us to enjoy its beauty.
Give this tour a miss ! They gave us a miss ! Although we received written confirmation of the tour booking the bus never came to pick us up at Cooks Bay tender pier, our designated pick up point. We contacted their representative on Moorea, but they could not provide alternate transport on the day. Very disappointing holiday experience. Footnote: We received a refund in a few weeks.

Beautiful island. Local guide who knows everything about the island and tells it in a very pleasurable way. The stops are not sufficiently long, however, and the tour took less time than advertised.
Did not cancel nor did they inform me of them not having the selected tour on sundays despite allowing me to pay. An employee had to tell me they don’t do this tour on the weekend due to not enough people booked
Looking down from the top of the mountain and seeing all the beach bungalows on the Hilton Hotel beach far below. All types of beautiful flowers every where you went. Steve was a great and informative guide. Nice area around where the ship docked for walking and or having a drink at dusk on the beach before leaving port.
Saw various sights around the island and had a good overview provided by the tour guide, Steven. The downside was that the van was hard to see out of due to the seating configuration.
Beautiful scenic stop, however thete could have been more. Guide needed to be more knowledgeable, rather than just a local with an ameteur level of knowledge.
A SCAM-don’t book. When we arrived they denied knowledge of our booking! I showed them my booking and they said “no booking” so we lost our money-NOT HAPPY-what a rip off.
This trip was terrific. The van was very comfortable for our group of 8. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable we never felt rushed at any of the stops we made. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone.
I give the driver/tour guide Stephane and the beauty of Moorea 5 Stars. He was a wonderful driver, and was great at helping us in and out of the van, as the tour had quite a few stops/points of interest along the way. However, the van would be more suited for an airporter than sightseeing. The front row of seats sat very high, thus the view from the second and third row was mainly the backs of the seats in front of you and the van was difficult to enter and exit, especially from the back row. There was no sound system in the van, therefore the people in the back could only hear bits and pieces of what was being said.
Top notch. Greatly exceeded expectations. Great value. Many stops that were all worth the time. Scenic outlooks, the distillery, gardens.
This was a great circle island tour. Nice opportunity for photo stops, nice, air condition bus. I am sorry that I don't remember our guide's or driver's name, but they were both great. If you only have a few hours, this is a nice way to see the island.

Nice tour of the island in a comfortable tour bus, with a knowledgeable tour guide. Bus was air conditioned, and guide had a microphone so everyone aboard could hear well. Three hours was the perfect amount of time to see the island.

I had high hopes for this tour after reading the specifics prior to purchasing. and to be fair, the tour could have been good except; Driver-“Tour Guide” had very poor English that was heavily accented making it almost impossible to understand him when he did make comments during the day. The van’s air conditioning was not working well enough to cool the entire van (we were in back), so that was uncomfortable. Moorea Island Tours should Vet their drivers/tour guides more closely to ensure their “Tour” representatives put their best foot forward. They had one chance to make a good impression and they dropped the ball.
Our tour guide was very informative. Went into great detail explaining what we were seeing. He didn't rush the stops and our driver was excellent, especially going around the curves up to Belvedere outlook.

This was a tour from the. Pier around the island with a very exciting drive up to the Belvidier lookout. Like the drive to Hana Maui but on steroids and on a very narrow road
