Moorea Atv Adventure: Pineapple Fields & Scenic Viewpoints

We had a fun time on our ATV tour! We got lucky, and were the only two people on tour. The views were absolutely beautiful, it was great to explore with an ATV. We went through areas that you wouldn't be able to reach by car. This is a great way to explore the island, and see all of the beauty of Mo'orea.

This is a fantastic tour and so much fun. The tour company is professional and really took care of us. We saw things that were unique to Moorea and places the average person would never see if they just explored on their own. Don't hesitate - do it!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

A fantastic adventure for our family of four—including two teenage daughters who loved every minute. Even with the rain, the experience felt immersive and authentic, almost like stepping into a true rainforest. The trail is mostly shaded under thick tree cover, so sun exposure was minimal, which made the ride comfortable for everyone. Our guide was outstanding—funny, engaging, and genuinely committed to making the day memorable. He let us decide whether to continue to an additional lookout point that was fully clouded in, and when we chose to skip it, the team proactively offered a rebate without us ever asking. That level of care really stood out. Virginia, who handled scheduling and check‑in, was friendly, organized, and made the process effortless. The tour itself gives access to parts of the island you simply can’t reach by car, which made the experience feel special and off‑the‑beaten‑path. A stop at the pineapple fields was a highlight; our daughters especially enjoyed learning about how they’re grown. The ATVs were in excellent condition—well maintained, reliable, and clearly cared for. The second passenger seat was thoughtfully designed with an elevated position, back support, and easy hand grips, making the ride comfortable and secure. One of the staff mentioned that this company has the largest fleet on the island, so even when other operators sell out, they often still have availability.

Great guide who was very knowledgeable. We felt safe and enjoyed being part of a small group. We saw a few other ATV tours the saw day and there groups were huge.the small group enabled us to feel safe and gave us the opportunity to ask questions and have heaps of fun.

We visited several major sites, but the absolute highlight was the breathtaking view from Magic Mountain. Moana’s passion for his home really shines through and added so much value to the trip. Such a fun tour! Our guide went out of his way to do special things like meet his freshwater eel friends in the river. We loved all the views, the pineapple tasting, and the smoothie stop. And of course the ATVing itself was so fun!

Torea Nui Transports and Uncle Tiko (our guide) provided a wonderful experience in the island of Mo’orea. Uncle Tiko is an absolute gem, a kindhearted human being with a wonderful smile and made us all feel like family during the trip. We had a fabulous time on this ATV tour, our guide was personable and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the island. He even introduced us to the eels which was both unexpected and a real highlight . Such a beautiful island and a terrific way to explore.

Really enjoyed our morning trip. The machines worked properly and we saw a lot of the island. Felt adventurous but never dangerous and we learned a lot. It would have been worth it for the eel experience alone but I dont want to spoil that by describing it, just be sure it'll surprise you. Scenery beyond belief as you'd hope for such a nice place.

We had fun on our ATV tour! Our group was small, only 4 ATVs including the guide, which was nice. It appeared that all of their ATV tours are that small. Our guide gave info in both French and English. We really enjoyed the ride through the agricultural area and seeing all the trees and plants. The views from both lookouts where amazing. The stop for fruit and smoothies was a nice bonus. I'm glad I decided to be a rider and not a driver as I am not a seasoned driver and some of the terrain was a little difficult to navigate. I am glad that I could just enjoy the views as opposed to being concerned about the actual driving.

We had a fantastic experience! They picked us up from the cruise ship pier and took us in a little open air truck to the ATV location where they gave us some basic instructions on how to operate the vehicles. The ride through the mountains was amazing! We experienced incredible views and stopped at several places to purchase delicious island breads - coconut, mango, banana and others. They also had drinks and a variety of other snacks. The tour took us up to a very scenic point on the mountain. You need to be in relatively good shape to hike up to it - my 78 year old dad had to sit that one out but he was able to see literally everything else. Then we rode back down the mountain on the ATVs and were treated to some delicious fruit and island jams. We also purchased some smoothies. Don't skip out on those, they were delicious. Overall I highly recommend this tour. It was worth every dime!

ATV is easy to drive -- we climbed two mountains and saw breathtaking views! And we tasted fresh pineapple that had just been collected from the pineapple frame land.

Great guide! Great way to see and experience Moorea. They pick you up at the hotel at no extra cost (unlike others) and the adventure begins. Highly recommend

The Tour guide and driver were both excellent and knowledgeable would recommend to friends and family.

I felt the activity was good but the support from the guide was poor. At one point i missed a turn and the guide never came back to get me. I could have been lost with no support whatsoever. This was not a flaw of the company; just the tour guide.

We had a fantastic time on the tour. It was the best way to see part of the island. Taco was helpful and showed us things that the other tours didn’t. We loved the stop to feed the eels!

The ATV tour is probably the best experience that you can do in Moorea. You discover old the inside part of the island while you enjoy driving your quad. Our guide, Aru, was amazing! He made our tour even better! Great experience!

we did a half-day ATV tour with Mata and had a great time. Pineapple fields, views, crater, it was a lot of fun. Mata is very safety-minded and fun.

Just got back from this tour a few hours ago. We were picked up in the morning at our resort and rode by van to get our side by side ATV. Our trip started touring the island via trails, riding through the pineapple farm and seeing all kind of native and non-native fruits. We stopped at some locally owned shops, magic mountain, belvedere overlook, and more. Our tour guide Mata is a native Moorean and obviously knew his stuff! We learned all about the island, different areas, some of the language, all kinds of fruit, and everything else we stumbled upon. We had an amazing time and can't say enough about how awesome Mata was. Book this excursion and do either of the ATV tours. You won't regret it!

We stayed at the Sofitel & the tour group came & picked us up. Great tour guide, very easy to talk to, very personable. It was our first time on ATVs and they explained everything very well. We got to see all the places we were afraid to drive to on our own: pineapple fields, belvedere lookout, tropical gardens & we saw the vanilla plants too. Got great photos, loved this tour. This was an outstanding adventure. The Torea Nui Transports/Rando Quad Tour staff was professional and friendly, and responded to my inquiries promptly. The tour itself was great and "T", our guide, made it a memorable event with stories and history of Moorea. She was fantastic and was the best part of the tour!!

Amazing afternoon on a quad bike with Tapu! We spent an unforgettable afternoon on a quad excursion with my wife, accompanied by Tapu, who was an exceptional guide. We were lucky enough to be alone with him, which allowed us to enjoy the VIP experience. The quad bike was in excellent condition and very easy to handle, which made the ride even more enjoyable. Tapu took the time to explain the route, show us great views and take pictures throughout the afternoon to capture these memories. We had perfect weather, and the landscapes crossed were beautiful, with a nice variety between nature and small more technical paths. We highly recommend this excursion if you want to discover the area in a different way, in a Great Mood and safely. Thanks again to Tapu for his kindness and good humor throughout this beautiful afternoon!

Great ride with the couple holding the center of Quad. Pleasant, professional, 3h30 quad tour we were the only couple with the guide couple. Great exchange, and very good explanations!

A 3h30 tour with a great guide, we all enjoyed this sensational moment. The quad bikes are good, the excursion is pleasant, we can have a little fun with the machines, magnificent views despite a sullen weather for us. That said, in a little rain it's super funny. Pineapple fields, gazebo, eels, jam and fruit tasting, everything was there.

Quad bike ride excellent despite the rain (cauet provided). Mata is an outstanding guide who took us for a ride for a hand grip before starting the tour. We then left to go to the heart (it’s the case) of Moorea for 3 hours passing through the caldera where is the plateau of pineapples, an orchard of papaya, mango, grapefruit and many more... we feel tiny in the middle of mountains culminating that Mata will present us. Then, head to the lookout where you will have an overview of all the Hiking to do without guide, fording, visit our friends the Eels, the Rotui distillery. And above all, the highlight of the show, the magic mountain and its panoramic view. The good weather returned just then. You can hike by paying an entrance fee of €1.70 / pers to the family owner either a 45mn route (more or less difficult), or 15mn and therefore very steep. Then small hook at Manea at the “Fare Tutava” one of the owners for a tasting of his jams. It gains to be known for its homemade jams (“uru”, fruit of the bread tree, “fe’i” plantine banana, citrus fruits, vanilla...) and its smoothie of fruits from its orchard at 4.20€, a killing and endearing people. Besides, after the tour, we came back to eat fresh fish dishes prepared with all the sauces, a delight. Then our journey ended with the Rotui shop for another tasting. I highly recommend Torea Nui to discover Moorea and its must-sees.

Beautiful 3h30 excursion to discover the island of Moorea Good surprise to have a buggy instead of the quad bike for the child and his companion Full tour with two stops on the heights for breathtaking views of the lagoon (belvedere and magic mountain), tropical garden, pineapple fields, river with eels... The quality and maintenance of the quad bikes leaves much to be desired (many technical weaknesses on the course), also the hygiene of the helmets really questionable...

Good Welcoming, clean and powerful quad bike. Our guide Tiarere has well supervised us and explained how the quad bike works to be able to have fun. A good outing with great passages and nice views!
