This family-run hotel is located in a 19th century Art Nouveau-style building, 1312 feet from Montecatini Centro Station. Trains connect you to Florence and Pisa in around an hour. Service was great. It is possible to buy parking at low price and park next to hotel.
If you don't use room cleaning service, you can get drink voucher to be used at bar.
Disappointment is the room. Far from adverised.
Bath looks dirty, but, it is not dirty, just damaged. But scars on bath look like fingernails.
Radiators are rusty. Some floor tiles are broken in bathroom.
Non of that affects function, but is not that nice room we seen on photos.
Apart from room, everything else is fine

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room we had could probably have done with a lick of paint & it would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
The only downside is the fact the bar doesn't open until 4.30. From when breakfast finishes at 10.30 you can't even get a soft drink or cuppa until the bar opens.

The hotel is very beautiful, our room was basic but clean.
The staff here are lovely, we had a fabulous welcome and the barman was very good, remembered our preferences and always had a big smile.
A wonderful stay at Hotel Ercolini & Savi! The place has a real family-run feel, and the staff went above and beyond to make us welcome — offering great local tips and always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the location made exploring the area easy. We had the option to have a free drink rather than having the room cleaned every day but we opted for the room cleaning just because it was so hot, we wanted fresh towels every day. Nice to have the option though. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and personal touch of the team, more like staying with friends than at a typical hotel. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, well-run place to stay!

Hotel location is great. Staff is very nice and attentive at all times of day. Breakfast offers a wide variety from sweet to savoury which I always appreciate, and is not always easy to find in Italy. However, the structure is pretty old, rooms and general furnishings could use an upgrade.
