Great value for money! The location is great (close to the train station and the city center), the host was very friendly, breakfast was nice and I was so happy I was able to check in earlier, that was a very positive surprise! The room with the two single beds was relatively spacious, at least for one person, and the furniture is also really cool. The only two downsides are that my bed was really really squeaky (which was okay for me as a solo traveller, but probably really annoying if there were two people in the room) and most of all, that the toilet flush was not working well at all - you could only flush maybe once every two hours, because the water supply to the toilet flush was extremely slow. For one night it was okay for me, but if I had stayed there longer, it would have been a real issue. So I'd kindly advise you to fix these issues, because other than that it was really really great!!

The hotel was just okay for the twin room. It is poorly lit, with no windows in reception. No one is at the reception most of the times. But my biggest disappointment with this stay has been the non issue of invoice. I asked for it before booking, during checkin, during checkout (they told me over phone that they will email me), after 7 days. And even after a month they didn't issue it. I called them, they didn't pick up. So I am very disappointed. It was a work trip and I am required to show the invoice. So, I will not recommend this to anyone.

We got the Fellini room for a 2 night stay. The apartment is clean and large and Alessio was great to communicate with. We left our luggage for a few hours after checking out without any issues. The location is great as it's near the town center. The pizza place 360 across was surprisingly tasty and great value. Overall a good stay in Modena.
