I was booked a room in advance for work but i was goin to be late so i did rebook it, they almost immediately confirmed than 1day later it looked like i will need to cancel it because i wont go there, and they actualy waived the cancelation fee wich was the price for the room. So i wasn’t be able to spend a night there but the customer service is over the top for me. Keep it up the good work guys!

I don't even know what to say... Just wow. The room was drenched in really strong bleach and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not bad as an emergency stop though.

They don't speak english(use google translate :), the bathroom was not as clean as we would want it. The brekfast is in the nearest Street bar (only croissants and coffe). It is ok for one night sleepover.

Most awful experience with a hotel! Our booking was not entered properly and the person at reception was arrogant and unfriendly. He gave us (four persons) two rooms with single beds and didn't even bother to inform us. We thought it was a mistake but he said had nothing else available and we should sleep back to back on the same bed. We had to cancel and go to a different hotel.
