My flight arrives early, but i booked the online ticket for terravision 15th aug of 4.40 pm. I was planning to go on 4.10 pm bus from milan aeroport to milan centrale. They did not allowed me. They told you cannot go in early bus as its 4.40 pm timing.

You have to go down to rental cars to locate exit to the Sheraton Hotel. Found that confusing in the instructions included in the aviator instructions.

The bus service is really convenient and inexpensive. Me and my mom have used it twice now. The wifi on board doesn’t work as advertised but everything else was fine

BR-1385829845 is still incomplete as my transfer from Malpensa to Milan. The date is incorrect and although you stated you changed the date, the voucher has the same date as previous. Please assist. Mary Engles

Cheaper to get to the center of Milan ! Easy to find at the Airport, terminal 1. Go outside and you will see the bus. It’s best to buy the ticket ahead of time.

There was not any help with putting bags on or off the bus. The Driver was vaping whilst driving. Apart from that it was okay.

Brilliant service, the journey didnt take too long. Bus was comfortable with WiFi. Easy bus stop to find, this made our trip less stressful

It’s definitely not the most luxurious bus ride I’ve ever taken, but it was comfortable enough, reasonably priced and fairly efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was having to store your own luggage since people don’t know how to stack or store properly on their own and will push your luggage to the middle to put theirs up front. I am over 70 years old and ended up having to crawl inside to get my own bag without assistance, with the driver standing there watching. I would have gladly given him a tip to retrieve my bag, but when I looked at him and he didn’t offer to help, it was clear that he wasn’t interested.

We arrived in MXP late evening. I checked in bus driver and pointed us to another bus company. After we checked in to another bus company that bus company redirected us to same bus company. This driver made us wait before letting us in bus . It was cold outside. Then just pointed us to drop off the luggages to the compartment . Indecently and will not try to communicate .

Highly recommend. Bought the tix the day before we left. Walked out to Exit #4 and the bus was waiting. A smooth ride with comfortable seats and wifi.

So that was the worst way to ride from airport to centre of milano. We were waiting an hour and half just to get to the bus. When we finally get to the bus we were waiting in the bus for another 20 minutes just because the stuff was chitchating. So our firt impresion was terrible so be prepared for loong waiting.

Best way to travel to Milan from its airport. I hr trip and great value for money , convenient and good service

The bus was over 3/4 hrs after the listed time. Others waiting left and got the metro. Wish we had! . The staff when the packed bus finally arrived miscalculated the number of passengers getting on and one of our party had to stand all the way from the airport to central. The driver was rude and didn’t help any of us to put our cases on and actually shouted at us for not getting around quickly enough to get them off. ( three ladies. Average age 65. ) Loads of other buses from other companies arrived and left as we waited. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately the bus terminal is in the rear of the station ( unbeknownst to us, don't speak or read Italian). Driver needs to explain. The 5min walk to our hotel ended up as a taxi. As we got lost

Ride was smooth. Just wish there was some accommodation for people with limited mobility. Thank God for friendly caring fellow passengers!

Very easy way to get from Milan Malpensa to the city center! And way more economical than private transport.

Driver was rude, and a terrible driver. He zigged and zagged all over the highway. He played loud obnoxious music. He didn’t help anyone with bags including an elderly woman.

A little confusing trying to find the place in the airport, but we eventually found it. Once we were onboard, it took us to the train station

This was my first time travelling to Milan and I found this to be a cheap and easy way to get from Malpensa Airport to the city center. You get what you pay for so don't expect this to be fancy, but I found it to be a pretty comfortable bus ride. I stopped at the Terravision desk where I thought I would have to turn in my voucher for a bus ticket but this ended up not being necessary, and the voucher was good enough to get me on the bus. I'm not sure if that is a normal experience but I'm glad I stopped anyway because the lady at the desk gave me specific directions to get to the bus. For my trip back to the airport, I did not use Viator to get a bus ticket, and instead booked it directly through Terravision. I think this is a better option since they have a mobile app as well so no need to print tickets.

I was not told the ticket had to be printed before purchase, and I didn’t have access to a printer so I could not catch the bus. Instead caught the train.

Excellent method of travel into Milan City Center. It was easy to find the bus and get onto it, I waited maybe 10 minutes and we were on the way, I was very happy with everything!

There were 4 of us travelling. The taxi is 110 euro. What a rip-off. We caught the train for 13 euro each. It was very easy, even with all our luggage.

I wish I had read all these bad reviews before I booked. They made it sound like the tickets are limited. It’s not. Very easy to just get the ticket outside airport. What pissed me off was, I pre-paid for a ticket. The ticket was good for the rest of the day. Well, I was delayed for more than one day and the driver just gave me a “you stupid” look and basically told me I need to buy another ticket. I did buy another ticket with one of the other bus companies out there (there are total 3-4). Don’t waste your time with this bus company. No integrity and terrible service.

I would not prebook as the wait for this bus was very long. I used the bus that was there and paid. Thie extra $ was worth my time

Bus transfer was on time. Luggage was no problem and had smooth ride to Milan. I would recommend this type of transfer because it is inexpensive.

The bus stop is right next to central Station in Milan. We booked the tickets online but actually you can purchase tickets right at the bus stop and there's no time required. Staff at the bus stop are friendly to answer your questions, Driver is safe driving and on time. our travel from Milan Central Station to Malpensa Airport was 45 minutes. Reasonable price, reliable. I highly recommend this company.

Easy to find, comfortable and well air-con coach, price fantastic. Drop off was quite a way from hotel, but I knew that before and the tram was very neat by, so no trouble, and with both combined still half price than a taxi from airport. Will definitely use again

We had a slight issue finding the bus but once we located the bus the staff was very friendly and checked us all in quickly. The ride from the Malpensa airport to Milan Centrale was fast, comfortable and smooth.

The bus stops were just outside the terminal with timetables on them. There is a very busy cafe just outside the arrivals so you can wait there until your bus shows. Friendly driver Transfer 45-50 mins to the central railway station with the metro connection. My hotel was 2 mins away so i had a very easy transfer.

Booked via Ryanair and then worried that we would miss our flight after reading a few negative reviews. There was no need to worry as our experience was very positive and yours will most likely be the same! The coach was on time, we handed in our voucher, loaded our luggage and climbed on board. We had a pleasant drive to the airport and arrived in plenty of time for a smooth check in and final pizza before our flight. The Terravision stand for Malpensa is just behind the station - we followed google maps and walked the long way round before realising that we could have just walked through the station.

Not helpful. Our plane landed late, so I went out of airport and I asked guy who was "checking tickets" near the bus to wait a few min in case our luggage will be late, but he said he don't care, and it's not his problem. In the end everything was fine, our luggage came fast, and we managed to get on the bus. Also, a guy checking tickets was more interested in smoking cigarettes than helping old woman's with bags. Imagine old ladies trying to get huge bags into bus bag storage, which is on the lower level of the bus alone.

The Bus was in the exact place. We found easy direction because inside the airport you can see signs to get it. The bus was confortable.

I booked a transfer from Malpensa airport to navigli and booked the pick up for 3p which was confirm on my booking docs. My flight was scheduled in at 2:05 the driver arrived at 2pm and left we were at the terminal after getting through immigration and collecting our bags by 2:50pm but he left because he waited 45 mins and was released. I’m not sure what service turns up an hour earlier than booked time and then says we only wait 45mins . They did however refund our money

All went good. Pleasant staff and very good bus. All indications were easy and accurate. Easy reservation.

Nobody told us it was a bus so we were with on door 3 looking for our names Never looking for a bus. You should Advice this. After traveling on a long haul trip you are tired and don’t want Any hassle

We took a bus from Malpensa Airport to Milan and from Milan to Bergamo airport in October 2019. The staff is very friendly, speak English well and the buses are coming as scheduled. Everything what needed from a transport company. Highly recommended!

Milan's Malpensa Airport is aprox 35-45 minutes away from Downtown. I prefer using the bus because they are reliable and available. Train is another option but they usually post the terminal number late and you need to run to your train, not an option if you have disabilities. Buses are clean, with air conditioner and ample space for your luggage. Taxi is personal but expensive. (long distance)

We used the Airportschuttleservice twice from Malpensa AIrport to Milan Central Station an reverse on our trip back home. No problems 100% recommandable. We suggest to buy the tickets online then you have guaranteed transport at the booked departuretimes because there is a capicity of 59 Persons in the bus, so first come - first serve. If you are sure at what time do you want to travell then I suggest to book the tickets online in advance,

I arrived at the bus and the staff did not recognize my voucher.He started yelling in Italian that he had never seen such voucher!!!Luckily I speak Italian, and understand it is the country's language,to calm him down and suggested that he could call the main office.He was able to accept after he called and talked to staff in the main office.Very bad experience but the ride was smooth overall.

Highly recommend this transfer I took it from the airport hopped on as soon as I got there and then back to a few days later. Excellent value clean and good buses. Brilliant service

I highly recommend the Terravision bus transfer from and to the airport. I have booked tickets online, which was most uncomplicated and cheap. The bus went on time, staff very friendly. If I ever travel to Milan for sure will use Terravision service.

An on time departure, A little late arriving due to Milan city traffic. Driver very helpful with loading and unloading luggage.
