Excellent service, my driver for the bus to Bergamo airport from Milan 4 Oct. 20:10 was very helpful, because of a delay of my Zurich-Milan train i lost the 19:40 bus, I asked the driver if he knew whether i would make my flight at 22:10 he asked for my ticket and then I realized i forgot to download the app to get the boarding ticket plus I also left my check-in incomplete! I didn't have internet and he offered Hotspot so I completed all the steps for my flight. My flight was eventually delayed for 1 hour but was not for this guy I would be running like a madman! The drive was smooth and we even arrived 5 mins earlier than scheduled. 5 stars Thank you!!

Buying tickets online in advance was super easy and came with a nice discount. The bus arrived and departed right on schedule. Keep an eye out for the exact pickup location — the bus stop is not directly in front of All’Antico Vinaio, but a little bit further ahead to the right, directly in front of the Fontane di Piazza Luigi di Savoia.

I used Terravision for a round-trip transfer between the airport and Milan, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The buses were punctual, clean, and comfortable. Buying tickets online beforehand was super easy and saved us time. Booking the return trip in advance gave us great peace of mind. It is definitely the most convenient and budget-friendly way to get to the city center and back. I highly recommend their service!

I didn't know how far the airport was from the city center and I am glad that I found this transport. Price was 10 euros since I go the flexible time option otherwise it would have been 5. I arrived at the airport under an hour and the process to board was fast and easy. Transport bus was super clean.

We arrived before our scheduled departure time and we were allowed on the coach before. The journey was quick and safe. Will definitely use again this service.

I bought a round-trip ticket to take advantage of the promotion that says you can take any bus to the same destination on the same day. When my flight arrived earlier, I tried to board an earlier bus that was almost empty, but the staff refused to let me in because I had purchased a discounted ticket. What is the point of offering a round-trip promotion if it removes the flexibility that is advertised? This feels misleading and very unfair.

Very easy to book online from my phone and bus was there to go to MXP. Make sure you check all times on their board at the pickup point just in case there are changes that google does not reflect. My 4:30am bus was there, but I saw that 5:30am was cancelled (with a piece of tape across the 5:30am time on a board by the bus pickup zone). Note they drop off at Terminal 2 first @ MXP, and then Terminal 1 (+10 minutes)

Online booking and payment was very easy. The bus station is just beside the Milan Central Train Station which is for travellers with heavy luggage very practical. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We were accomodated on the bus before our booked departure so that we can be more early at the airport. The driver was really professional and the bus was clean. Overall i can recommend Terravision.

I took several times to go to bergamo and malpensa airports. Very nice service. Always on time. Comfortable buses. Drivers always kindy and helpful. Highly recommended.

Never never never book with them! Bus never appears! Me and other travelers waited for 1 hour while at least 6 Terravision buses left. I booked a 2:25 am service from Milano stazione to Bergamo Station. I was not the only one. After waiting 1 hour we took Terravision bus. Go with them. They are punctual and have several schedules.

Awful experience! The bus driver showed up 20 minutes late and I missed my train from Milano Centrale to Bologna. All the buses from other companies were leaving on time except for Terravision. I will never again book a trip with them. Punctuality is a must for a shuttle bus company but apparently for them it’s just an option.

It was actually from the airport at Bergamo to Milan. It was extremely amateur. One coach was full,that took forever to leave then we had to wait 40 minutes for the next one. By that point we were all absolutely soaked wet through, never use this company

They presell the tickets but don't honour the time you booked. Ended up having to wait for another bus. The service people at the airport are borderline on rude too.

Perfect service. we went on the bus to Milan Airport T1 from Milan city centre with terravision coaches as our train from Milan city centre to the airport has been cancelled. The location of the stops was great and very convenient for getting on and off. The staff were excellent and helpful as we booked the bus tickets to the airport from the city centre and we made it just in time to catch the bus to the airport from the city centre. Terrible service. We had to wait until the bus filled. It was 30 minutes late. Really uncomfortable seats. Unacceptable. Never again. And the same experience last year with them in Paris.

The buses were on time. We purchased tickets for a specific time, but in both cases, we were able to easily use an earlier transfer. The drivers were very friendly and experienced, and we felt safe during the trip. We purchased tickets online, which is very clear and the prices are more favorable, than those of the competition. I highly recommend them!

A really easy quick service. Straight out of arrivals onto an air con bus. Arrived into the city as scheduled. Stops right outside the station where there are taxis waiting for onward journeys. For only 9 euros, saved a fortune by doing this rather than a taxi from Bergamo! Return to the airport was hassle free too!

Very easy to use both online and in person. Clear signage and clear instructions on how to get to the bus stops. Comfortable transfers with plenty room for luggage which has been handy when going to and from airport. Also lots of times available which is convient for early flights.

Even 1 star is too much. Such terrible service, did not get on the bus that we bought tickets for because it was “full”. Then they lied about the next bus coming soon so we missed our flight. NEVER EVER TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The bus got us to the airport ahead of schedule for a 6.50AM flight. It was easy to find the bus, it left on time and dropped us right outside the airport, all for 10 Euros each. The bus was large and clean. Brilliant!
