Small Group Pizza Class Milan With Wine | Family Recipe

Unlike many other cooking classes we took part, here we make our pizza dough completely from scratch! 🍕 We guide you through the whole process, from preparing the dough to shaping and topping your own pizza. Afterwards, we enjoy our homemade creations together with a glass of wine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Learning how to make authentic Italian pizza from scratch was hands-down one of the highlights of my trip! And of course, eating our own delicious, freshly made pizza at the end was amazing! I can’t wait to try these techniques back home. We had a really good time. It was just us two. Everything was prepared already and we learned how to make the dough from scratch. The host was kind and talked to us in English. Our pizzas were ready after about an hour and we ate them then.

Great interactive class! Armando is a great instructor and made the class very fun! We made pizzas and tried them at the end of class and he provided wine/drink of your choice! This class will be one of the fun highlights from our trip in Milan!

The highlight of our trip! The guy was absolutely incredible and made us feel welcomed instantly. He knew so much about cooking and Italy itself and it was wonderful to see how Italian cooking has been passed down generations. Couldn't recommend this any more. Pizzas were also delicious!

Very authentic experience where you can learn how to make the dough from scretch at Army's tiny Studio (it s a private one not a restaurant)...we enjoyed a lot, ate a delicious pizza, drank some good wine and met new friends. WOULD DEFINETIVLY RECOMEND :)

Lots of fun making the pizza dough from scratch . Would have been nice to have some water or a drink when we arrived . Quite far out from the centre and in a very tiny studio with simple facilities . Army made the session a lot of fun and is very skilled at what he does. You eat what you make and it’s delicious

We were a group of 12 girls celebrating one group member s birthday in Milan...Army s class was amazing. He kept it private just for us and we were accomodated in a customized one. Amazing vibes, food and wine...All went perfect...Highly recommended if you want to have a local experience in an untraditional way guided directly by an italian chef :)

I was visiting Milan with my girlfriend and we wanted to do something different and typical..what better than making a pizza class with a neapolitan chef in Italy? wem learned a lot and made a delicious pizza (I had never baked before)...At the end we also got the recipe and now at least once a week we can make our pizza at home...no delivery anymore :)

If you are a pizza amateur and love it, you have to book this class...the chef is from Napoli (the city where pizza was invented) and thanks to his experience at his grandfather s restaurant he can teach you all the secrets of the perfect dough..More it s funny and very engaging...Thx for all Army :)

We were a group of friends visiting Milan for a hen party and we decided to book this class as one of our activities...it was the BEST IDEA EVER...we had a lot of fun, cooked pizza from scretch and drank great wine listening to italian music..The host offered us also some italian cocktails free of charge (generally there s an extra charge for that)...what a nice way to start our party night :) Thx Army ;)
