Driver was waiting for us as we came out of Customs area, was dressed in a suit, spoke good English, was very helpful with our luggage, had a very clean, black BMW sedan, and was avery smooth driver. Would hire him again.
We had a great experience with our airport transfer from Milan airport to Como. Our driver was there on time and he was also a very good driver. It was so nice to have a car service after our long overnight flight. Worth the money!
Our driver was on time and in place. He helped us with luggage and was very professional. I had to change locations for drop off and it wasn’t a problem.
Our experience was wonderful. The driver was early and easy to find. He was very nice and dropped us right at our hotel.
Our driver was early and ready for us as soon as we landed which was much appreciated. He was really nice and got us to our Airbnb much quicker than a bus would have! Highly recommend!!!!
Nello was the best driver we could have ever asked for!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Spoke great English and the van was very nice!!
Erika was great taking us from Milan to Lake Como. She was able to accommodate our delayed train and also show us some beautiful spots along the trip. She was very polite and helpful and even was able to accommodate a request we had on our route. Her music selection in the car was perfect also. Overall a great experience and I strongly recommend her.
Our driver, Nelu, was very pleasant and offered us suggestions of things we may enjoy seeing and doing while in the Lake Como area.
Driver was unfortunately ten minutes late to pick us up. He did call to say he was five minutes late, but he arrived 10 minutes late. Also, he came with a large suitcase in his car which took time to move it to account our luggage. It took up a seat so less space for our party. He was friendly and helpful. Car was clean.
We had a tour during poor timing. There was a train workers strike AND a boat workers strike on the same day. Our tour guide, Salvatore, was excellent in navigating through this bit of a mess that affected our day and made sure we still saw everything. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, made sure the day was seamless between stops, and had excellent recommendations for when we stopped. The stops themselves, were beautiful! Lake Como is a must do. Bellagio was stunning, with everywhere you turned being picturesque. 10/10 Would do this tour again with this operator!
Very smooth transfer from Milan train station to hotel in Chernobbio The spot where the driver waited was easy to find
Poor service. Driver standing next to car with our sign in parking lot far from station and provided no help for bags. Uber would be cheaper and easier (signs to rideshare) than this service.
We arrived at our meeting destination 45 minutes early, and our driver was already waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage as he escorted us to the car. The car was clean, and the drive to the Milan Train Station went smoothly from pick up to drop off points. We would highly recommend using this service again.
Our driver was excellent. The trip to Bellagio from Milan airport was so convenient. Using the same service from Bellagio to Milan next week
Right on time and very professional. He was also very nice. Price was reasonable. Very easy to reach the operator.
O motorista, era muito gentil, solícito, e tudo muito pontual e organizado. Levou até guarda chuva para os passageiros. Recomendo.
