What a beautiful and perfect day thanks to Monica our guide. Our driver Jack was awesome as well and took very good care of us! The day was laid out perfectly for us and we did nothing but enjoy the beautiful scenery. Monica was the best guide ever and could not have been any better. This tour is the way to go and takes all the planning and guesswork out it! You do nothing but enjoy the beauty of the Alps! Thank you Monica for the best day ever!

We had the best day with Maja! We visited beautiful St. Moritz and saw stunning views on the Bernina train ride. Maja has a vast knowledge of the history of the area, and she presented the information in an engaging manner. She was flexible and accommodating to our needs. She constantly informed us about the upcoming sights and photo opportunities on our ride through the Alps, so we didn't miss anything! Her friendly demeanor made us feel as if we were in the company of a good friend. We highly recommend Maja!

Excellent way to spend the day on a trip to Milan. Our guide, Mara, was great. Worth the splurge. The train ride was amazing as was the visit to lake Como.

We had a wonderful experience with Claudia on a day trip from Milan to St Moritz and Lake Como. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and a great guide! It was worth the long day to see as many sights as we did.

Barbara and Emmanuel were an absolute delight! Everything was very clear and organized. Barbara did a great job explaining things about the areas we went to and gave great recommendations for us to explore in town. Emmanuel made sure transportation was safe, smooth and comfortable. Both were fantastic! Overall, it was a great experience and we can’t recommend it enough! An experience our family will never forget!

We had a glorious day today with Barbara guiding our tour! The hotel pickup was perfect and the ride very comfortable. Our time in St Moritz was very good and the train was breathtaking. PRO TIP: use a map to gauge the time to St Moritz from your hotel. The return will be able the same. That way you the 2.25 hour train ride and you will likely spend most of your day (before supper) on this trip. Highly recommended.

Beautiful day trip. Easy and comfortable van ride through northern Italy and up to St Moritz. Tour operators gave us plenty of options throughout the day in St Moritz and easily got us on the train where we leisurely rode south toward Tirano. Our guide pointed out highlights throughout the train ride making sure we didn’t miss anything.

We had an awesome time. Christina and Jacek were welcoming hosts and we felt like we were with friends. Highly recommended. We would book it again in a heartbeat.

All the trip was amazing from the morning to the final destination! We spent a lovely day accompanied by Cristina, who was the best guide for us! She gave us the most useful informations about the hot spots that we saw! The Bernina Express was a beautiful experience and all we had seen will remain beautiful memories for all of us! It was enough time to feel the spirit of St Moritz and in the morning Tirano was a great surprise! The bus which transported us was driven by a profesionist driver and it felt like a quick nap all the way inspite of the distance! Thanks a lot for all!

The view of the mountains and lakes were absolutely stunning! Very accommodating with stops for bathrooms and food. The train and car ride were both very comfortable.

Our tour was amazing! It included breath taking views to and from St. Moritz. Chiara was fantastic. She really knows all about Italy and Switzerland. Paolo was equally fantastic and showed sincere concern when he brought us to the church in Torino.

It was a beautiful day spent with Mariechristina she was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information on the region. It was great being picked up and returned at our apartment in Milan and taken to the train. She gave us great suggestions about eating and where to purchase wonderful Swiss chocolate it was a very enjoyable day!

Amazing places to see rate the experience was great. Only issue was that our guide talked VERY softly and we had a hard time hearing. We repeatedly asked her to speak up but she did not. Overall it was good.

Mara and Phillipe were amazing. When we return to Italy we would like to hire then again, since Trip advisor doesnt allow same tour opertaors as a choice I would book Directly with TaoTours. I will say I was under the weather and at times during travel periods would fall asleep. So Mara would explain to my son or just let me rest. I look forward to booking with them again when I am 100% because it will be that much more amazing!!!

Magnificent! I am really happy that I chose this tour! An elegant minivan picked us up from our hotel, the driver was rally good and kind, the guide too! She was happy to tell us a lot of interesting things. At the end of the tour we have been droped off at our hotel!

We were trying to book a private tour at the last minute that included the Bernina Express. TaoTravel came through for us, working Sunday to accomodate a Monday tour. The tour was well organized, and the driver and guide were very good. We enjoyed the tour very much, Bernina Express is well worth it for a day trip from Milan!

We picked up on time and we came back on time, the trip was pretty everything was perfect. I will go another time.

Usually we participate in group tours because they are cheaper, this time we let ourselves be persuaded to buy a private tour for 6 people. The tour and the scenery were beautiful, the service we received was excellent. We must thank Filippo our driver who was always at our disposal. The guide (only for us) was very nice and with an excellent knowledge of the area. Recommended tour and we recommend not to exceed 6 people
