Great experience, quick photo preparation. Although the city was full of people, but it doesn't show in the photos, the photographer conveyed the emotions very beautifully.

Our photographer was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with family photos. She even showed us a special spot for “spy messages” under the arches, which was really fun.

I set this up for my wife and daughters and they had a blast. The photographer was very professional, made the experience fun, and the pictures turned out great.

Exercise CAUTION before booking with this company, Smiler Milan!! While vacationing in Italy, I booked and received confirmation for a private professional photoshoot with Smiler Milan on 17 June for a 10:30am booking the next day. This timeslot was advertised as available on the Tripadvisor website. That night at 8:30pm, I received a WhatsApp message from Smiler Milan stating that they did not have enough photographers available to honor the 10:30 booking that had already been confirmed. An alternate time of 8 am or 1pm was offered. Since I was due to depart Milan early the next day, I accepted the 8am timeslot but ultimately had a change of plans for departure. When reaching out to the company to let them know that I needed to cancel the booking, they insisted that I would not receive a refund. Even though I was flexible with the company not honoring my original booking at 10:30, they were not understanding or flexible at all with my changes in my travel schedule. From my experience with Smiler Milan, I suspect that they are often advertising timeslots that aren't available in order to collect booking fees, hoping that customers will agree to an alternate time. I wish I had not entrusted this company with my chance at capturing a special memory while on vacation. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake.

It was nice having someone taking pictures for and a good company for one hour. My photographer Fazel was a nice gentleman. And took some good photos for me. Thank you.

It was my first time availing such services and my kids say the photos turned out really great! The photographer was very helpful and knew the city really well.

I wanted some nice pics for my instagram so i booked my photographer on a whim! And omg highly recommended... He knew just how to take great photos of me. I had hundreds of photos to post after just a day. And all had a diff look and feel. Ugh! Stunning.

It was again, AMAZING! This is our 3rd city using Smiler and they never disappoint. This is an important Euro trip for us because it might be the last time we get to vacation as a family. It was worth booking the photoshoot as we now have amazing photos to keep and cherish for a lifetime!

Considering how crowded the landmarks we went to were, it's amazing how the photographer managed to make it as if my friends and I were the only ones there. 10/10 would avail again!

Ok, to begin with there was sime hiccup with times as I simply confused timezones. But the photographer was so nice that eventually we met and me and my friends felt like models in a city of fashion. AMAAZING results. Go for this option, no regrets!

Amazing experience! There were so many people in the centre, but our photographer made it as if we were almost alone there. Everything was very fast and we are very happy of the result!
