We had such a fun time cooking with Elisa. We booked a private session and brought along our 2 year old and they were very nice and patient with him, even setting a little table with a coloring book for him and letting him help with the cooking. Elisa is a great teacher and the food was delicious. Her mom and dad joined us too and we had great conversation while eating. Worth every penny - thank you Elisa for all the hard work!

The tour operator was terrible and cussed out my dad because they messed up the booking. They tried to say 4 of us were in one place and 2 were in another. Kept calling and complaining even though it was already paid for. The ladies who cooked were nice but we didn’t get to cook much. I’ve done one of these in a different area and it was fabulous. This one was very non hands on. Dessert was premade. Sauce was premade and half the pasta was pre made. We didn’t get to make much.
Sylvia and Antonio are wonderful hosts and teachers. The experience was everything we were looking for starting with a warm welcome, great appetizers and a fabulous home. Antonio walked us step by step through the tiramisu, the ravioli and tagliatelle. We are now confident to make these successfully on our own. They both speak excellent English, and the conversation flowed. We left with great memories, new skills and new friends. Thank you Silvia & Antonio
Rocco was the perfect host and excellent teacher. In Italy for our first time and recommend this experience without reservation
My wife and I had an amazing experience at Sandra's home. She was friendly and welcoming! She made efforts to get to know us, share her families recipe's and tips and tricks on how to make the perfect pastas. After she spent the time to explain why you do certain things and the outcome if you don't. She also hosted us with a beautiful aperitivo, bottle of wine and made us a beautiful lunch that left us so full. I would highly recommend anyone to do the class with Sandra!
Our cooking experience with Sandra was AMAZING! She explained each step and helped when needed. We loved learning about her personal story and hearing about her family farm. Her house was welcoming and a great vibe for a personal cooking class. We would recommend Sandra to everyone! Such a great way to spend an evening in Milan.
We had several issues with this booking including the host attempting to change the time. The issue was that we could not respond to her due to links that did not work. We also showed up to the meeting location on the ticket that was not the actual place to meet. This location was apparently buried in an email that again we could not see. We were not able to contact the host to explain what had happened and the US number we called could not get through to Viator to try and remedy the situation. As such the only customer service I received was via email that explained since there was no change in time or location, we were unable to receive a refund and that it was our fault. I do not know how to be any more specific about what happened and even included the attached photos in the emails. We were told that the case was closed and no further action will be taken. With this type of customer service, we cannot in good conscience, recommend this company or service to ANYONE as they will not assist if an issue such as this arises. We were really looking forward to our cooking class too :(
Our cooking class in Milan was better than we could have imagined! Antonio and Silvia welcomed us into their beautiful home and offered us a custom pasta and tiramisu experience we will never forget ❤️ They took us through step by step, with details about their Italian receipts and roots and many stories and laughs along the way. I am gluten free and they were wonderful with the accommodations to ensure I could still enjoy the experience alongside everyone else. We cannot recommend them enough!!! Book your class with these two, you won’t regret it :)
Beatrice was a great host and explained everything so well. The pasta and tiramisu turned out really nice. Dietary requirements were considered as well. It was so nice to be invited into a Milanese home. She really made the experience special and knew so much about nutrition. Learned a lot and will definitely be making at pasta at home.
We had a wonderful experience with Beatrice. She was so warm and kind. A great teacher. We enjoyed our lunch tremendously. Highly recommend.
Merin was a delightful host and teacher! Her home was easy to get to and lovely. The food we made was delicious and the explanations were easy enough to follow and take back with us to use in the future. She didn't have any fancy gadgets or tools that would make creating beautiful pasta and tiramisu unattainable at home. Thank you for hosting my husband and I. We look forward to trying these recipes out at home!
This was an amazing, up close and personal cooking (and eating) experience from start to finish. Our host Sandra met us outside her home and made us feel welcome and relaxed. We had expected to be part of a bigger group but it was only my wife, Sandra, and me. She not only led us through the steps to make pizza and tiramisu, she shared the specific types of flour, olive oil, etc. that she uses. By the end, we had not only created and enjoyed authentic Italian food, we had also gotten to know an authentic Italian person which was the best part of the experience.
This class was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. Marina was a great host and instructor. We made a delicious meal and enjoyed conversation with Marina in her beautiful home. You must take this class! It was one of the best meals we had in Italy!
I wish I could give Enrico 10 stars!! Not 6, or 7, not 8, even 9 isn’t enough! He more than doubled my expectations! I was hoping to have a fun few hours, learn a bit, and make something that tastes good…but what we got was so much more than that! Enrico (and his sous chef/wife, Cathrine!) are incredibly warm, welcoming, and FUN! We felt like we were on an episode of Stanley Tucci Finding Italy! I didn’t think I would have an experience like that ever, and this just exceeded every expectation! We now have a friend in Milan, and they have a free place to stay anytime they’re in the states! If you’re considering this, do it! You will NOT regret it!
Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a fabulous time cooking with Debora! It was a highlight of our trip. She's funny, energetic, and a great teacher. She made the explanations and directions easy to follow and fun. She had our 16 year old son jumping in to try things first - which was completely unexpected. The food was delicious and it really feels like we could re-create all we've learned at home. Highly recommend for families or couples who want to spend time with real Italians, learning and laughing
Sandra was an exceptional hostess. Beautiful apartment, perfectly organized for our cooking class, homemade limoncello and beragamotto OMG , then the making pasta, so delicate and delicious. She went outside to pick fresh herbs for our dish. I definitely will come back for another exceptional experience. Sandra is the best!!
We did our cooking experience with the lovely Andrea yesterday. It was a wonderful experience from start to end, the hospitality we were given right from the start was amazing. His expertise and passion on food was such a joy to hear. We did the classic version of tiramisu, and he also did a quick alternative for me (as I don’t like coffee) but he insisted I should try it differently. I appreciated it and was not expecting it as I went there to learn the correct way. :) then we did the pasta recipes and although they looked very simple the taste were exquisite! Will definitely try all recipes back home. We entered as strangers but left there as friends! Totally recommend Andrea and it’s a must if you are looking for genuine and a memorable experience! *****
The experience was WONDERFUL! Sandra was absolutely phenomenal! It was a wonderful way to spend the morning, learn something new, and experience a bit of culture . Highly recommend!
Our class was hosted by Sandra and she was AMAZING!!!! She was very nice and very informative. I left feeling so confident in my ability to make pasta and tiramisu. She also gave amazing recommendations for around the city. I highly recommend you take this class!!! We will do it again whenever we go back to Milan!
We had an amazing immersive experience, visiting a locals home in Milan to learn how to make pasta and Tiramasu. If you are looking for an industrial kitchen and classically trained chef, this might not be for you, but if you are interested in being immersed into a local family’s home and learning recipes passed down from generations etc then this is perfect. Thank you to our host Paola and her beautiful family.
The class was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful, friendly, and guiding me very well to make my first time making pasta and tiramisu from the scratch. Of course the food was delicious! I would love to try another lesson with her again when I come back to Milan. This experience is one of highlights of my Milan trip.
Giuliana was a wonderful host - her knowledge of Italian cuisine was extensive and she was warm and gracious throughout our stay in her lovely home.
Our Cesarine was friendly and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable and gave great information for the rest of our trip
Absolutely loved our morning with Santa!! Booked a private pasta & tiramisu class for my mom & I. Told my mom that the one thing I wanted to do on this trip was take a class!! Santa was the best host and my mom is glad I made her do it!!! From learning about her culture and tasting her family own pasta sauce and her very own limoncello…..it was a perfect morning!!! Going home to teach my daughter since everything was so easy!!! Looking forward to visiting Italy again and doing another class with Santa!!!
Terrific experience. Santa was a great hostess and teacher. Fun thing to do in Milan. Nice to be a student and a guest in someone’s home.
This in home cooking class with Santa was fabulous. My husband loves to cook but never Italian. We took this class to learn to make pasta and ravioli (see pic!), and the experience was phenomenal--from the warm atmosphere to the welcoming host to the amazing food we ate.
Our group of 11 had a lovely time with Guliana at her pasta and tiramisu cooking class! What a welcoming, kind and gracious host - we would absolutely do another class with her. This was the highlight of our Milan trip! Thank you Guliana and family for a wonderful evening!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Milan! Our hostess, Santa, had a wonderful home atmosphere and was so energetic and fun to be around. She walked my friend and I through the making of two types of pasta (which we rolled by hand) and individual tiramisu servings. While we were waiting for her to cook the pasta we sat on her garden patio where she also served bread, appetizers and a tasty wine. After dinner we had the tiramisu and homemade limoncello. We booked this experience for the night before we departed and it was an excellent end to an 8 day trip. She also gave us a little sample of fresh bay leaves, straight from the bush, from her region. However, if you are traveling back to the U.S. you should not take the bay leaves back with you because it is considered agriculture.
We did our cooking class with Santa, can’t rate it highly enough. Santa was so welcoming and made the whole experience fun, relaxed, enjoyable and delicious.
Talk with a Italian woman and learn about her life and cooking. Share a meal with a family is a nice experience. We felt very welcome. She is a very nice chef.
I took a pasta and tiramisu class with Andrea on the last evening of my trip to Milan. This was an absolutely amazing experience and a highlight of my trip that I would recommend to anyone! Andrea welcomed me into his home and taught me to make tiramisu as well as two types of pasta, all of which we eventually ate as an extraordinary meal. Not only was he an excellent teacher, completely patient and making sure I understood and had mastered each step, but he also did this with such warmth and hospitality, sharing wine, horderves, and wonderful conversation along the way. I felt so lucky to have had this beautiful experience - and recommend it highly!!
Definitely the highlight of our trip. If you want to have one of the best Italian meals and be able to make it for yourself later - you have found the spot! Enrico made the experience enjoyable and educational, plus we left stuffed with food we made! Could not recommend Enrico and this experience more. It’s a must!!!
Debra was absolutely delightful and very accommodating. The whole experience was great. The food amazing, tiramisu delicious! Thank you so much 🙏
Santa was amazing and made us feel right at home. We loved the experience and learning how to make authentic Italian foods. Highly recommend!
We discovered Santa's superb and delightful personality. Very warm and welcoming, we tried our hand at making tagliatelle and ravioli. I wholeheartedly recommend cooking with this little lady from Puglia. The starter we tasted was sublime and took our taste buds on a journey through Italy. Thank you for passing on your passion with such love.
Wow! Words can't even describe how amazing this experience was! Santa was an incredible host and teacher from start to finish. We enjoyed every part of making the pasta and then we sat in santas garden and she bought us snacks with wine. She made us 2 sauces with the pasta... when I say that was the best pasta I've ever had would be an understatement!!! We enjoyed homemade bread, pasta and lemoncello! I would 100000% recommend to book this!! Thank you Santa for the most amazing Italian experience x
We had a great time! Thank you Laura! Very good food, very nice hostess. We learned a lot about food from northern Italy
Best cooking lesson in Milan! Anyone who is considering taking a cooking lesson should sign up for Enrico's lesson. ミラノで最高の料理教室!シェフと彼の家族はとてもフレンドリーですので、お気軽にご登録ください。 米蘭最好的烹飪課!趕快報名了別猶豫,主廚與主廚的家人都非常非常友善。
Lots of fun-my wife was the student and did all the work, and I just watched and then ate. Very private-just the two of us with Sissi, a lovely person and good teacher. We made risotto, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. We highly recommend.
Mildly confusing at first but it would appear there are multiple hosts run by a central company. We had a Brilliant afternoon, Could not recommend Santa (our host) more. Truly in home experience with a great personal touch. we made our pasta and tiramisu then ate them shortly after in her lovely house after she fired them up with some home made sauces. Can't wait to retune to try again
This class was fantastic! Booked it for the last day of my trip and was so glad I did. I was able to do a solo-cooking class, and the entire experience was fun and enjoyable (one of the highlights of my trip). The food ended up being delicious and I would definitely recommend this class to anyone visiting Milan!
I would highly recommend this pasta and tiramisu class to everyone. I had the most amazing day and the experience and memories to last a lifetime. Giuliana was the most wonderful host and cook that made the experience so special! We had the most amazing time and ate the most delicious food that we cooked together! And we can’t forget the amazing wine served with the amazing food! She is the best host that I’ve ever had at a cooking class! If looking for a great learning experience with a great teacher, this class is for you!! I can’t wait to go back again next year ❤️❤️❤️
We had a wonderful, memorable cooking and conversational evening with Beatrice. It was delightful to make pasta with her own recipe twist with fresh herbs from her balcony. We had so much fun!
I would highly recommend the experience at Santa her house! It’s was really nice how she helped and explained how to make the pasta, she made it a really easy and fun experience!
Fabulous experience! Our family of 5 did a 3 course meal with Sissi close to the heart of Milan. She was very warm and welcoming and accommodated our rather challenging eating restrictions beautifully. The food was delicious and plentiful. She provided water and wine. After all the cooking we ate outside on her rooftop balcony. I highly recommend this experience.
Hospitality of the host Debroah. Cooking my own pasta & tiramisu Dining with other couple over nice chilled white wine
Wonderful time at our instructors home learning how to cook great Italian food. Although it was a bit challenging to find her apartment, once we were there, we had a great time. There were three of us in our group and we started with some Prosecco. Our instructor, Sandra, was gracious, kind, patient and a wonderful host. Our first step was to make tagliatelle pasta, we mixed flour and water, rolled it out and then cut our pieces of pasta. Next was our Ravioli, this was a bit more challenging to make them look perfect, but they came out very well. Our last item was the Tiramisu and this was a bit fun and not as hard as the Ravioli. We laughed our whole time through. Sandra did the cooking for us while we enjoyed some Prosecco in her back garden. Then we were served in three courses- Tagliatelle with a tomato and olive oil sauce, ravioli stuffed with Spinach/Ricotta with olive oil, butter and sage as a sauce (fantastic) and finally our Tiramisu for dessert. What an awesome experience and would highly recommend. We had a blast!
Debora made us feel like family from the moment we entered her home. The class is one of the best memories from our trip. She was obviously a fantastic teacher because the food turned out delicious. And her husband was delightful too. We were disappointed that we were not able to return to learn how to make the osso bucco that she was teaching later that week. She even printed out a copy of the photo she took with a hand written note as souvenir. We will have to go back for another class one day. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable evening Debora!
Looking for a fun way to spend an evening. Check out Cesarine pasta and tiramisu cooking class. Learn how to make ravioli and tiramisu from scratch. What a great way to spend an evening with Debora
Fabio and Nicoletta were vers nice hosts. It was easy to see, understand and cook the good way. The place was very agreable and so the ambiance ! Thank you ! The rendez-vous was on a private home, and we were in front of the closed door for a prety long moment. People said, here there is no kitchen course ! Finally Nicoletta arrived !
