We had a really good time at the cooking class! Denisse was super friendly, and the whole thing was a lot of fun. Making our own pizza and tiramisu was a great experience.

The chef was wonderful and explained all details well, providing many opportunities to practice cooking techniques. The location was easy to find, clean, and spacious.

The instruction from our guide was easy to understand. We enjoyed learning about the process for making tiramisu and loved that the baking container was a European coffee pot. The pizza process was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Great class.

I LOVED my cooking class with Denisse! She explained the process clearly, answers all my annoying questions and we enjoyed a fabulous meal at the end! I highly recommend this as a great way to spend an evening in Milan!

So much fun! Denise was great and so patient. The Tiramisu was easy (surprise) and the pizza was fun. My pizza wasn’t as pretty as Denise’s but it was yummy! I hope to go back someday for a pasta cooking class. I highly recommend this “tour” option.

We had a wonderful experience with the chef. She was extremely friendly and we were lucky to have a private experience. That was very lucky that gave us one-on-one time to ask more questions. I would highly recommend this experience. Note that the area surrounding the new Location is really fun added a wonderful bonus. Great location. About a 40 minute walk from the city center. Definitely worth the walk

Great take in Milan for authentic Italian cuisine experience. Chefs Francesco and Denise and crew cater to the inexperienced and made us feel like gourmet chefs . Well worth the money and bonus of some tasty Montepulciano!

We had the best and most informative time with Chef Denise teaching us how to make the perfect pizza and tiramisu. The place is well air conditioned and lit so wonderfully. If you are wanting a good class for you and your partner paired with amazing wine and great people this is the place.

Chef Denisse and her team are amazing! Organized, entertaining and informative... but most of all you have a delicious finale that you made yourself! Chef Denisse freely shares helpful hints and give reasons behind technique for the novice cook to understand and acquire. Highly recommend this class if you are in town and have the time!

It is great value for money, and most definitely an enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and delightful. The food and drinks were amazing and the venue was clean and well kept. It was a very good experience which we Can recommend. We Got the pizza and the tiramisu courses, and we thought it was the best tiramisu ever. He’s funny and isn’t afraid to Tell you when you are doing something wrong. Would have been nice though to have a bowl each when preparing the maskapone sauce for the tiramisu.

Great experience. Good fun! Very knowledgeable chef. We appreciated the great attention to detail in ensuring everything was gluten free- this was so reassuring and very much appreciated. The food was delicious. We would have given 5 stars but the red wine supplied was very unpleasant ( the prosecco was very nice though). Would recommend this experience to all. Thankyou Francesco ☺️

Fantastic pizza and tiramisu class with Chef Francesco — patient, funny, and clearly loves what he does. Both dishes turned out great, and we met some really lovely people along the way. Highly recommend for a fun, hands-on Italian cooking experience.
