Brilliant Tour even as a Liverpool fan. Francesco did a great job as our guide. His knowledge on both teams and the stadium was on point.

Brilliant experience. Very well run. Staff very experienced and very friendly. Great tour of an iconic stafium.
The San Siro is a classic ground for all football fans. Its iconic and has held so many memories for AC and Inter Milan plus the national team. This tour shows you behind the scenes and gives you some great history. However if you have been to any of the modern grounds (especially Premier League or Spain) and seen the facilities on offer, then you will be a little disappointed. You need to go in with the mindset that this was one of the world's top stadiums in the 80s and 90s and enjoy the romance of that time. Overall a little disappointed by the staduim, the museum and the shop despite the best efforts of the tour guide. I look forward to the new staduim being built.
Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, excellent stadium and highly recommended for any football fan!
This is not a guided tour. To describe it as "in English" is utterly misleading. There are very few info boards - we were hoping for tales about the history of the place, anecdotes about the great players to have played there. Instead, we're pointed to the briefing rooms (not the changing rooms or showers, etc) of Inter and Milan, which are kind of nice but soulless without context. There's no feeling of sharing the space used by your heroes every week. Also, seeing the away team's dressing room would also have been interesting but is not included. The tunnel to the pitch, and the pitch itself, though, is everything you might expect and is very impressive and inspiring. The "museum" is a lot of shirts, a few replica trophies and nothing else: a little interesting for me but not at all for my 11-year-old. The shop is extensive and expensive. We noticed several items for sale across Milan at cheaper prices. A kids shirt at €90 is simply exploiting the fan base, in my opinion, but it's the same everywhere.
Great trip, easy to coordinate and good value for money, highly recommended
A great day out for football fans. Self-guided tour (although ticket stated with English guide). The changing rooms, the tunnel and view from pitch-side was pretty impressive. Fun, factual museum at the end with trophies and football memorabilia. Had lunch in the ground pub which was busy, service slow but food good for money. Husband glad he visited it before they start to demolish next year for a newer stadium to be built in car park at the side. It is truly an epic stadium and so glad we visited it.
My husband and I booked this Tour and Museum during our trip to Italy as my husband is a huge football fan. The tour guide was lovely and informative, and the museum was very interesting! Would recommend.
A superb and iconic stadium but not an extensive tour. Yes you get the locker rooms. Tunnel walk out and pitchside but nothing else. Whilst the above was fine, for the price charged it’d be good to also see media room and hospitality areas. The museum is decent. There’s a lot of good matchworn shirts but given the size of the 2 clubs there could have been a bit more. I did enjoy this, but I’ve done better ones such as PSG for cheaper.
Staying in Milan we visited the world famous San Siro stadium. I have done to tours around the world for half of the £37 a person price tag. No guided tours walk around yourself very poor value. Other tours in Scotland and the USA had ex players guiding for much less of a cost and much longer tour. Should be more like £20 a person.
Worst money I’ve ever spent. No access to pitch due to a concert being on which we were not informed of before entering. Full stadium tour/museum completed in 30 minutes. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Great venue / well organized -wish I knew the pitch was not viewable / would have been good to know prior booking
Over priced and no guide to do the tour self guided was let down but nice to visit an iconic stadium was there for no longer than 30 minutes
Compared to other stadium tours, this was an extremely poor experience. You are left to wander somewhat aimlessly through a frankly old and filthy stadium. There are no audio guides, the QR code option didn’t seem to offer anything on the walk round. It was unfortunate the pitch was covered by flooring for a concert, it pretty much robbed the visit of any feeling of visiting a football stadium. Lots of the stadium has building work going on, everything seemed to be in a shockingly grubby and decrepit condition. The museum had some nice memorabilia but absolutely no logic to how you walked round it. It was just random and confusing. It’s quite a trip out of the centre for a lot of money - I wouldn’t recommend.
Really good experience liked the fact you are left to your own devices and move around the tour yourself. Great family experience.
Limited access, only really covered interview area, changing rooms and the stands in the stadium. Other tours I’ve done were far more in depth and covered extra areas, such as directors are, press box etc
Waste of money. Rubbish stadium and areas not visible due to concerts the following week. No notice given of this and could not see the pitch or the coach area. Tour only lasted 20 mins as nothing to see
If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid full price for the San Siro stadium tour expecting the full experience - walking through the players' tunnel, stepping onto the pitch, and sitting on the team benches - only to have none of it. Those things skipped for no apparent reason. The tour was basically the locker rooms and the museum. No explanation, no apology, and absolutely no compensation or partial refund. We essentially paid for a premium tour and got a glorified hallway walk. To make matters worse, the museum is an absolute joke. For a stadium with such an incredible history, shared by two of the most iconic clubs in world football - AC Milan and Inter - the museum is shockingly poor. Sparse displays, minimal effort, and nothing that captures the magic or significance of what this place means to football fans worldwide. Save your money and your time. This was hands down one of the worst tourist experiences I've ever had. Total rip-off.
We paid for a guided tour - instead we were told there wasn’t one so just had to wander around the stadium on our own. Very disappointing. Staff there told us we should have booked directly with the stadium.
Not worth the price. Not much to see compared to other stadiums and teams. Way too overpriced
Absolutely awful. Paid €71 for two tickets to self guide ourselves through a construction site. No access to dugouts, concert stage and flooring blocked all the view and the pitch. The ‘museum’ was tiny and was basically just a detour to get you in to the club shop as quickly as possible. The whole tour took about 15-20 mins max. Definitely not worth the money or effort to go.
Terrible. Shouldn't have tours when concerts are set up. It was like a construction site. No access to dugouts and no tour guide. And the museum was too short.
Good to see , was nice to go in the dressing rooms . Was getting ready for a concert so no pitch and you can see it’s very dated but still historic and good to see.
extremley underwhelming. an iconic stadium with alot of history behind it, but arrived to a what was essentially a construction site. Most of it was locked off as they prepare for a concert, something they dont make you aware of when you pay full price for a ticket. You see no pitch, no inside experience. just rushed through a one way line in and out through some seats. Not a single ac milan or inter milan, player/manager memorablia was on show, past or present. No awards, poorly structured for visitors. Would not recommend. They do not tell you on the site that theyre preparing for concerts and you will see no pitch, no player dugout or manager technical box view, no awards, no museum, and they charge you full price(35-40€). Short, misleading and an awful experience. Glad to have visited it for the history it holds but outside of that, highly dissapointed and angry
Museum tour and experience really bad specially for kids and fanatics wanted to experience the field now converted an venue for concerts
Terrible adventure and a waste of time.
Not well organised at all, we didn't even have a guide. They just let you walk through the dressing rooms and stadium. And the guide for the private tour is kinda rude to the rest of us. I didn't know there are private tours.
It was good, concert stages were being built on the pitch but did not know this prior. Also TripAdvisor charged us 36 euros per person and come to notice when we got to the stadium the actual price is 22 euros. Overall tour was good and it was quick
fantastic seating for the price of the tickets, huge stadium with a fantastic atmosphere, but beware there is a huge walk up to the seating so this isnt for the faint hearted , I would def make sure your seats are low seating, stadium had many stalls outside selling everything from food to merchandise & they are still there at the end of the game, only issue is the train home, each train packs hundreds on at a time, there are plenty trains though, will still take a while to get home, all in all fantastic experience
Great opportunity to see behind the scenes and take our time while doing it. Loved that it was self paced.
Amazing to see an iconic European stadium before it goes. Strongly recommend before it’s too late!!!
Pretty shoddy if I’m being honest, no tour guide to actually explain what we were looking at and then you were hustling left to your own devices to show yourself around.
We had a self guided tour in San Siro. We visited different parts of the stadium and the museum. Good value for money, I recommend it.
It is a nice stadium and the museum is brilliant with all the football kits and the tour guide was knowledgable but I would like to see more such as the commentary boxes or even a walk around one of the famous cylinders. It didn’t feel as good as a tour of Wembley or the Nou Camp which I have toured before.
The experience was generally poor and not up to expectations in comparison to other such as Barcelona, however the tour guide (I forgot his name, he was bold) was fantastic and make it worth it, if I will recommend it for someone ro visit the San Siro it will be because of the tour guide, that man was really great and make the tour really informative and enjoyable, as an inter fan, I was almost going to convert to Milan bcz of him hhh he deserves a rise
This is a self guided tour so you go at your own pace. Staff on hand throughout to answer any questions you have. The tour starts with a very small museum (which can be busy) before heading into the stadium. Compared to other stadium tours we have done, you don't really get to see a lot, but was still worth the visit.
We paid for a guided tour of the stadium but 5 minutes into the tour beginning we are told it’s no longer guided because they are too busy. It’s now self guided
Very unrushed experience. You can show up anytime the day of your ticket and take as many photos as you’d like. The only downside side was not having a guide to ask questions. It is a self tour so you need to find someone to ask a question of, and we had a hard time finding someone.
This is a self guided tour be prepared to be robbed it’s one of the worse if not the worst tour I’ve been on
Great experience. It is a very impressive stadium to visit and the museum is very interesting. It would have been nice if we could have walked the whole way around the stands but we weren’t permitted.
Class . A must visit . The history and atmosphere in this place is not to be missed . Its a pity they are knocking it down and not renovating it
Great tour around a legendary stadium, brings back memories of Italian World Cup and 90s football. Brilliant
It was a great experience ! The fee was a bit high and the visit was shorter than expected but the atmosphere was great. We first visited the museum and then went on the tour. We went in groups of 7 and our guide was very great. He explained the history and the context of every part of the stadium with great detail and dropped us off at the official store.
Expensive for what you get. The museum is very small and consists mainly of shirts. Parts of the tour were interesting but it was impossible to understand a lot of what was being said. Not their fault but there were a fair few ignorant customers who spoke loudly in Italian when the tour guide spoke in English. A definite once-and-only visit.
Detailed tour to Milan and Inter locker rooms, The tunnel to the pitch, the stadium, with good explanations. Recommended!
Amazing spending time within the stadium, locker rooms, tunnel, and out onto the pitch and in the stands. We could self-direct our tour and were very free to move at our own pace, spending time where we wanted to. Museum a bit smaller than expected but interesting displays and memorabilia from stadium's history. Sadly no merchandise or recognition of the legends of AC Milan such as Maldini, Gullit or Van Basten around the stadium or in the shop unfortunately, but an enjoyable tour of an iconic place!
The tour guide was very informative spoke both in English and Italian. There was plenty of time to have a good look around. The guide also offered to take pics and advised the best spots to take them.
Took my football mad son for a stadium tour for his birthday - it’s a very impressive stadium! Absolutely huge! The museum was crammed with signed shirts of legends, pictures, trophies, memorabilia etc. the value of the content must be huge but the museum isn’t even a solid structure - more like Porta cabins. They could do so much more. The actual stadium tour was good however it was quick and we didn’t get to see huge amounts. The changing rooms, walk out tunnel, press area - that was about it. Would’ve liked to see more - the kitchens, boot rooms, press room where they interview managers etc. considering how big the stadium was we didn’t see much.
Very good. Highly recommended. Good museum , stadium and shop. Family friendly experience. Happy customer.
Avoid Viator and San Siro. Never got a guide in English! Too crowded. Not recommended. We never got any guidance in the stadium
