It was a very good tour guide. If you go, understand there is limited time in the room with the da Vinci fresco as they have to keep people moving through. Also be aware the Sforza castle is not really a tour. The guide walked us there and showed us only the courtyards. There was far less information about this setting. If you want to go to the museums at the castle, their entry is not included.

Must visit for art and history lovers. Very good guided tour of Last supper. Priced a bit high but probabaly due to restricted ticket availability. Guide had in depth knowledge about last supper and also walking tour to sforza was also worthy.
Groups have to wait outside until their time is called to see the Last Supper. Groups only have 15- minutes inside to view the Last Supper & the Crucifiction. There is a bit of a walk from there to the Sforza Castle. Definitely recommend bringing an umbrella for protection from the weather in both cases - heat in summer and/or rainy days
Marcella was wonderful - so much information, funny, time to rest, look, take pics. It was so hot, but worth every bit of it. Definitely recommend to everyone. Did not skip the Sforza Castle either - learned about alfa Romeo and the Visconti family... so much more. Thank you Marcella..
Our guide, Debra was very informative and kept us moving along. We viewed The Last Supper first and then walked to the castle where she explained the various areas. Loved this tour!
I couldn’t go as I was sick but my husband went. He came back totally overwhelmed by the whole experience and what a wonderful guide who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all his questions. He learnt alot more than he thought he would. Based on what he told me about the tour he would thoroughly recommend this as a must do in Milan.
Our guide was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and funny too. Kept us engaged with every sentence. She talked about the city, real estate and apartment prices, the cost of living and other points of interest through the short walk through the city, from our meeting point.
The tour covered exactly as stated. It was a great opportunity to see some history of Milan with a knowledgeable tour guide from the area.
It was canceled the day before scheduled last. National holiday tour guide should have known about. To late to schedule any other tour
It is an excellent way to see the Last Supper. Our wonderful guide provided lots of information in a very entertaining manner. She also included a very nice tour of the castle grounds.
very informative, the guide was funny and knowledgeable. it was amazing to see the last supper, but there was not enough time spent viewing the crucifixion mural across from it, we had to rush by it in comparison. also, the headsets kept going out for multiple people so we kept missing what the guide was explaining.
The overall experience was to long for what it is. The Last Supper painting was fantastic to see yet the walk to the castle and time spent there was longer than it should of been, dragged out to fill the time
Pleasantly surprised by the castle visit. It was lovely and the guide was fantastic and very knowledge
Excellent guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly, tour worked really well, would highly recommend this tour
If you are fortunate enough to have Alessandra as your guide, it will be the best tour you’ll ever have! She is a walking encyclopedia! She is full of humor too. She was so kind to engage with my young daughter throughout the tour and make her feel included. It was a great experience seeing The Last Supper in person, visiting the Basilica delle Grazie and walking through Milan to Sforza castle…and gaining so much knowledge throughout! We cannot wait to visit Milan again.
What a great tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and The Last Supper will leave you awestruck. The castle is beautiful with several museums.
Nice small group! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Luchina was wonderful!
Great tour guide with interesting knowledgeg to share! The walk is in appropriate length, suitable for all ages!
The guide is very knowledgeable and witty and could share alot about leonardo da vinci life, his history and the impact of his works.
The guide was highly informative, as well as funny. She had an iPad with her to show a range of images, which added to the experience. Given you only have 15 minutes, it was worthwhile investing in the cost of the guide. I also went across the the castle, as part of the tour. Again informative and funny.
The guide did a wonderful job. She gave so much information and was able to answer any question anyone in the group asked. She made the experience very pleasant.
It was great! Very informative. Learned many things about Leonardo DaVinci I had no idea. Our guide Alessandra was excellent. Being from Milan she had a lot of backstory. Her humor definitely added to the experience.
Such a great tour!! Alessandra was such a great tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and shared so many great stories. Seeing the Last Supper was an incredible experience.
If you want to be cancellled on last minute during the Olympics with no reason listed, book with them. Unprofessional.
We had a great time! We got there early. If you wait just outside the ticket office by the water fountain you’ll see the person with the sign to check in and get your audio guide. You’ll meet the guide, learn about the church, check in with the ticket office. You will need to have identification. 15 minutes with The Last Supper. The walk is easy to the Castle!
Some walking required but not too bad. The guide was very informative and entertaining. Learned much about Leonardo.
So disappointed. They never showed up, didn’t answer the phone or communicate they were not going to show up. On top of that it was raining which added insult to injury.
This tour was great. Our tour guide was very informative and showed us all kinds of photos to go along with everything she told us. It was incredible to be on the same room with this beautiful masterpiece. Soak it up while you can because they only give you 15 minutes in the room to control the humidity from body heat. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the last supper as well as Sforza Castle. However, the majority of the tour is outside so be prepared. It was EXTREMELY cold on our tour.
Great guide, Giada was superve!!! She expended all the time explaining all details I really recomend the tour
Very good tour, made special by the excellent guide. Quite a lot of walking involved, not good for disabled or elderly visitors.
Amazing tour!! Worth every penny. Guide was so knowledgeable it was like being part of an art history class.
I was surprised when ID was required. I don’t remember seeing that ID would be required anywhere in the notices or details of the tour. Since I had the tickets, it didn’t seem necessary, to me, and I am a bit miffed because we left our main form if ID at our hotel. Tell people!!!! Also, multiple hoops to jump through before tour even started. After that, tour was great, although it was a little difficult to understand the guide sometimes.
Seeing the Last Supper was a dream…our guide brought the painting to life. I was not disappointed. We did not stay with the group to view the castle as the painting was our goal.
There are many significant sights in Italy. DiVinci’s Last Supper is the only one that limits access to 1500 people per day in 15 minute, sessions of about 35 people, 6 days a week. That means you are very unlikely to view This master piece without a pre arranged tour group. Upon meeting our very knowledgeable guide, she explained the history of Leonardo’s time in Milan, and the work itself . Her discussion included info on the characters in the fresco and why it is fading away( it’s not really a fresco) She also explained the reason for such limited access to preserve this world heritage site Then she took the group on a walk to visit the Sforzesco Castle and told its history
We enjoyed our tour - very informative and entertaining / our guide made the day - we think her name was Alexandra / she made the information entertaining . Wonderful to see The Last Supper and the Milan Cathedral .
Last toured some 15 years ago, this time was so much more interesting and fun. Guide had a great sense of humor, depth of knowledge and insights. Some of the best 15 minutes of Milan…the match to the Castle was filled with one-liners which made the time fly. Excellent afternoon.
Fantastic tour guide! Easy to understand and so knowledgeable! Great value and easy to book! Definitely recommend!
An am amazing experience! Guide was very knowledgeable about Leonardo and his work which took 4 years to complete.
Alasandra was our guide, she was amazing! Very organized. Very knowledgeable about the art and made the experience the best! Thank you!
Our guide, Alessandra, was fabulous. Informative, humorous. It was clear that she loved the art and her hometown of Milan. Viator sent multiple messages, different ways to access the tickets. Finding the guide was easy. Everything was easy. Definitely recommend seeing the Last Supper especially with a knowledgeable guide.
Our tour guide was excellent and great in describing The Last Supper Tour was well as the Sforza Castle. He was well versed in Milan history and took time to answer the questions from the 15 person tour group. He was very friendly but unfortunately we forgot his name unless it was Frigerio Viaggi (Activity Provider) as stated on our ticket. This was a two hour walking tour in Milan and enjoyed it very much.
Great guide! Alessandra was very knowledgeable, funny and she took good care of her guests! It was a very pleasant experience.
Marcella was a superb guide. She carried her laptop/ipad and had hundreds of relevant photos. She has put a lot of preparation into the tour. She told us the history of Leonardo and Milan and explained the history of the Last Supper in great detail.
Favio provided so much information on the Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Last Supper. It was truely like a history lesson! Beautiful tour. Final stop was at the Catello Sforzesco. Even more history.
Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. She took us from The Last Supper to the castle, keeping us out of the hot sun as much as possible. She also gave us many options of what to do and see in and around the castle. The museum was interesting but uncomfortable due to the heat and no a/c. Would definitely recommend this tour for the history on Da Vinci.
The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and told the story of how and why Leonardo Da Vinci ended up in Milan. You only have 15 minutes in the actual room with the painting so the guide set up what she was going to cover before we went in. She filled every second with great information and we learned a lot. I would highly recommend. The day was extremely hot so we skipped the Sfoza castle part of the tour.
I saw one opening at the last minute so booked this tour essentially as a way to get a ticket for the last supper (tickets were sold out everywhere else lol). The guide was quite good and she gave a lot of information about the painting. Will definitely recommend over seeing the painting by yourself as the guide helps contextualise it. I skipped the tour after the last supper, as did a lot of people in the group.
Great experience! The guide and tour were great. Enough time to enjoy the painting and to take pictures. Castle Sforza was ok.
Very historical and interesting piece of history. I recommend to the directors of the event to have larger and more visable signs so we can find you.
Guide was excellent. The painting was breathtaking. Lots of history and information. Wish I had a recording of the commentary.
