What a fun adventure with a true family owned vineyard!

Fantastic day out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a day trip from Milan. Great food and wine and got some good info for the rest of our trip!

100% must do experience! First off my partner and I got stuck in London and was missing our winery experience; luckily they were able to accommodate us and moved our tour to the next week! The tour was educational, personable, and overall amazing. You get the opportunity of touring a place that is not touristic village in Italy. The hills fully of different vineyards and castles was absolutely gorgeous. Once you get to the winery you get a tour with Alex and he shows you his family’s winery. You also get an amazing meal cooked for you by Alex’s mom with wine pairings for each dish. The food and environment was amazing along with the delectable wine. Claire our guide was phenomenal she was funny, inviting, and spent time getting to know each one of us and chat with everyone. We also had a blast with the other couples in our group (8 of us in total) and ended up getting each others socials. This entire experience is something my partner and I will talk about, share with everyone and recommended to anyone traveling to Milan. We have made new friends, new connections and learned so much! Thank you Claire and Alex!!!!

Unforgettable Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not only did I get educated on the art and science of wine, but I also got a world history lesson thrown in! Claire and Alex (“Dr. Vino”) were fabulous hosts throughout this excursion — knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Great conversation, fabulous wine, and authentic Italian food made for an incredible afternoon. Even better, our group was made up of strangers from all over the world, and there were so many laughs along the way — it felt like we left as friends. Do NOT think twice about booking this tour — just do it!! I’d love to come back for an overnight stay if a bed and breakfast option ever exists. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time on our wine tour and felt like VIP’s as we were the only 2 people on it! The organisation was seamless with clear instructions on purchasing our train tickets and where to meet our guide Jasmine. Both Jasmine and Claire were excellent guides, super friendly and very knowledgeable on all things wine as well as giving us lots of interesting info on the area. The scenery was just beautiful and our wine tour was honestly the best one we’ve ever done. Alberto gave us a lovely tour of the vineyard and then we sat down to a delicious lunch prepared by his wife. The star of the show was the excellent wine of which there was a lot!! Such a personal and friendly tour, we’d highly recommend it and WingsItaly😀

Brilliant wine tasting experience with Wings Italy. Everything about this trip was well organised. Our group was small and very friendly which made it all the more enjoyable. The Oltrepo Pavese region is stunningly beautiful. The wine and food pairings were totally delicious , the guides were excellent: knowledgeable, entertaining and so very friendly. The cost without doubt was worth every Euro. Our wonderful guide met and escorted the group for the full day end to end and they couldn’t have been more attentive. Thank you for a very memorable experience indeed! Highly recommend going… you won’t regret it!!

We honestly couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Alex is incredibly passionate, and we loved learning from him throughout the day. From the wine tasting to the delicious homemade food, every single detail was exceptional. It was truly an unforgettable day, and we can't wait to come back. Absolutely amazing! Friendly family run vineyard. All involved were brilliant. It’s a must do experience from Milan. Cannot recommend this enough. Wine tasting was unbelievable and the food to match. Would do this tour each time I come to Italy. From start to finish it was a 10/10 experience. Started off our holiday on such a high. Anything else will struggle to match how good today has been.

Absolutely amazing day with Clair, Alex and the Ferrari winery. Cannot recommend this tour enough. Absolutely SPECTACULAR and the wines were INCREDIBLE, and the food. Forget it, the best meal!

I had a great time on this trip. The scenery as gorgeous, the transfer and conversation with the host and the other guests was pleasant. They played up the multi-course meal, which ended up being multiple courses of bread with different spreads. The wine was also quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Easiest 5 star review I have ever given. What an experience. Alex and Andrea were wonderful hosts. First stopping at a community bodega to try some lovely wines, then a historical water well going back to Roman times, then we were taken to the 45th parallel for some fantastic views and provided with some delicious sparkling wine. Then over to the vineyard for a tour of their facilities, with some more sparkling wine and then trying some red directly from the tank!!! A lovely lunch was served with at least 7 more wines to try, plus coffee and lemoncello. We had a great group and had an amazing day! Thanks all!

Every second of this tour was AMAZING! The help at check in at the train station, the drive up to the vineyards with some stops along the way explaining what we were seeing and the wine tour and lunch were top notch. Everyone should do this tour! Everyone was so friendly and the lunch was so delicious. Def do this tour if you are thinking about it!!

We had a great time with Alex. Learned about his vineyard and met some great people on the tour. We had some great food and learned how to make carbonara. Great day and well worth it

I did this tour on the final day of a 6 week holiday in Europe. It was possibly the highlight of my entire trip! Outstanding (and abundant) food and wine in beautiful countryside with amazing views. Alex was an excellent host and his mum’s cooking was 10/10! A great day all round and great value for money compared to some of the other wine tours on offer. I highly recommend this trip for anyone travelling to or near Milan.

What a beautiful place. We had a group of 8 for our visit. Alex met us at the train station and we took a bus out to the vineyard. We loved learning about the wines they make and it was jut the right amount of information and history. We sipped sparkling wine as we walked the vineyard and heard about the types of wines and when they harvest. We were served a delicious lunch made by Alex's nona and tasted many, many wines. The day was long since you need to take the train to and from Milan and also a bus but what a fun experience. I felt like we were visiting a family friend who happened to have a winery and invited us to lunch. Alex and his sister personally drove us back to the train station and helped us purchase our tickets back to Milan. This tour is very relaxed and not overly packed with too much winery info which is perfect for those who want to drink wine and appreciate the views.

An amazing day and the highlight of our trip to Milan! Fantastic value for money, with so much delicious wine and food to taste. Even when we had issues with the train strikes, the team went above and beyond to help us get to the vineyard, which we really appreciated. If you’re considering a vineyard tasting, I couldn’t recommend this one more highly. Huge thanks again to Claire, Andrea, and Alex for such fantastic hospitality — I’d visit Milan again just for this day alone!

I can’t recommend this trip enough!! We were dubious due to a small amount of reviews but because all were so good we decided to book it and I am SO glad we did because it was the absolute highlight of our time in Milan. We have 2 vegans in the group, and Claire went out of her way to purchase vegan cheese so that they could enjoy all the courses that are served with the wine. Above and beyond. All the food was beautiful. There was also train strikes on our day, and Claire and Alex arranged picking us up. Alex brought wine for the car as it was my hen party and this made the day so special from the start!! Don’t get me started on the wine. WOW! Absolutely amazing. There was so much to this trip that we weren’t expecting, we visited a local wine distributor, then the 45th parallel and then we went to the vineyard. At the vineyard we had a tour of the place and drank amazing wine and THEN we sat down and started tasting the bottles with food for every wine. Honestly I can not recommend enough, I would pay way more for this trip. Thank you to Claire, Andrea, Alex and all the other hosts/nonna who fed and watered us!! It’s on my list of places to return to!!

Claire and Alex, are wonderful hosts. I had a great time. The tour is an excellent introduction to the vineyard experience. The manner in which this outing is presented is a very good experience to savour and enjoy a six to seven hour outing. Not to far from Milano .

We felt so welcomed and special the entire day. The wine was excellent, the views were breathtaking, but the food… WOW! 😍 So incredibly delicious, authentic homemade Italian food prepared with love by a real Italian mamma. You could feel the warmth and passion in every bite. For this price, it is more than worth it - the experience, the people, the food, the wine, and the memories are simply priceless. Everything was organized so perfectly that we could just relax, enjoy, and fully live the moment. We recommend this place not 100%, but 1000%!! 🥰 Such wonderful, kind-hearted people and such a special experience that we will remember for a very long time. This was the most genuine experience I’ve ever had on a "guided" tourist tour. With a small group, they had all the time in the world to explain everything we wanted to know about winemaking. We was served the most delicious home made local foods, fantastic vines for taste, and a surrounding view that was nothing but breathtaking. We spent 5days in and around Milano, and this was the all peak of our time in Italy. We will go back, just to do it all over again.

We were very well looked after on our tour. Ashi met us at the train station introduced the tour and accompanied us to the correct train and platform. Also making some recommendations for us on our trip. We then met Claire when we got off the train who went the extra mile to make me feel very special on my birthday. She also treated us to some coffee. Our drive to the winery was beautiful countryside views and Claire had alot of knowledge of the areas and their history. Stopping off along the way to have a bit of fun and a laugh. When we arrived at Ferrari winery Alex give us the Grand tour and a very personable wine tasting of his families winary with passion. He his family made us feel at home by hosting a beautiful lunch that was paired well with the wines we tasted. We also chatted with Alex a bit about his travels which was as we say in Ireland good craic. We finished the tour by choosing a bottle of wine we enjoyed the most. This was a great touch! We were then driven by Alex to the train station. Thank you so much to Alex, Claire and Ashi. Great hosts, beautiful winery beautiful place. We just might come back.

Wow what can I say the best day of our trip. From the minute we were met at the train station by Claire we knew we were in good hands. Claire took us about a few hidden gems before we reached the vineyard and shared lots of interesting information about the area (and celebrities). On to the main event the wine! Well what can I say the tour around the vineyard was so interesting, we were impressed by the peacocks and Alex was very knowledgeable about his job. The wine was delicious and flowed like water along with delicious food made my Mamma Gabriella. Such wonderful hospitality from both Nonno Alex and Zia Claire we had a lot of laughs the entire day and made memories that will last a lifetime. We enjoyed our 4 bottles on the balcony during the rest of our trip. We will be back and you must come to Glasgow for a visit. Tuo papa vende Avon.

What a great day out from beginning to end!! Claire and Alex were so much fun. Claire was very informative telling us all about Italian history and taking us on a little mini tour of the area before the wine tasting started. The location of the vineyard is absolutely beautiful and the wine was flowing freely. Alex was our nonna and we all cooked an amazing carbonara. Every single wine was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Alex and Claire were beyond fantastic! The property is beautiful and the wine was fantastic. Lunch was lovely, they arrange transport to and from the train station so you don’t have to worry about a thing. I would go every single weekend if I could. A perfect slice of wine country in the north.

This was the highlight of my trip to Italy. Claire and Alex are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional. The views and food were terrific. Their wine is the greatest I have ever had. My friend and I ended up buying 4 bottles! This is a must experience activity. Every time I come back to Italy I will be going on this tour!!!! I wish I could give them a million stars!

Claire and Andrea are the best! The tour was super personal and we got to see a bunch of local spots before going to the most beautiful vineyard to eat dinner with an incredible view. I felt like the wine was never ending! Really had so much and would totally recommend!!

Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first winery and they definitely set the bar! The couple is veryyy kind, super funny, and give lots of cool facts throughout the day. We ended up doing 2 wine tastings and they showed us some local spots. When we got to the actual winery we we set on beautiful land and were giving the best dinner paired with LOTS of wine!! I would definitely do it again.

An absolutely fabulous tour. A very personal experience. Starting with a coffee in a local town, followed by an explanation of the different vines and grapes in a local cantina. And then a tour of a stunningly beautiful local vineyard to see the wide variety of grapes grown in the area. Followed by an extensive wine tasting and beautiful food. Wine, food, hospitality, views were absolutely incredible! And given the price of only about 95-100 euros, Alex and Claire were tremendous hosts and would recommend to anybody!

Amazing place!! We had there our bachelorette party and we had so much fun! The place is located in nature with beautiful views in the middle of vineyard. We had vinetasting first and the we were cooking lunch - pasta carbonara - in the kitchen witch is located outside on the teracce. One of the best activity we did during our bachelorette weekend🍇 thank you so much!
