This experience was a fantastic introduction to Milanese cuisine and history. We learned a lot and Luca was truly a great host. I have now found one of my favorite desserts which is the cannoncini.

It was a lovely tour and our guide was lovely and helped us to catch up with the group despite being late as our taxi didn’t arrive. We had a lively walk around Milan and tasted some lovely cheeses, pies, charcuterie and balsamic wine tasting and a sweet pastry. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Great food! It was a beautiful day and Maria Christina was a wonderful guide. Would recommend to anyone visiting Milan.
Luca was a great guide and the tour was a perfect balance of walking, eating, and learning about the history of the city. Make sure you show up hungry! Everything was delicious!
Guide very knowledgeable and managed to answer any questions. All sites were also very interesting .
Absolutely amazing tour I’d thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone interested in touring Milan and eating yummy food. We learnt about the history of both Milan and it’s food - Luca our tour guide was so informative and knowledgeable Honestly excellent value for money and DELICIOUS food
Our tour was amazing! We had Luca looking after us and he was brilliant, full of knowledge and so friendly and approachable. The food was delicious and it felt like we had a great tour of Milan and it’s eating spots from the perspective of someone who knows the city. Would really recommend!
Great walking tour from the church to il Duomo. We sampled a few local dishes and ended the tour at il Duomo. Lucca was great and we enjoyed his knowledge of Italy and Milan.
It was a good mix of cultural food tastings, history and architecture. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Tastings were generous. My favorite stop was learning about basalmic vinegar.
What great way to explore Milan’s food and culture, with a guide who is so informative, we had a great experience, and highly recommend this tour
Great introduction to some authentic traditional Italian food. Portions sampled were generous. Received interesting Insights into the history of the places and buildings around the food outlets visited. Pace was comfortable and the route well planned.
Many thank to Anna. Thank to her enthousiasm and her charism, she shared with us typical shops’ recipes. For sure the food samples were nice and enough for a lunch.
Chris was wonderful! Such a great job trelling about history and culture and the origins of the food as well. Highly recommended!
Very mixed feelings. The actual tour could be cut to an hour and a half. The guide was informative but the areas we toured, in moments, weren’t that interesting. A gastro tour of the area and the history of the local cuisine, by itself, would have been so much more interesting, pointing out some of the buildings felt a little like a filler….and I love architecture and the history of buildings. The food was nice and I very much appreciated that they catered for me as the only vegetarian. We just felt the general vibe of the tour was flat and hard to understand
Chris our tour guide was wonderful. Very enthusiastic and knowledgable with an obvious passion for her home city. Lots of hidden gems and traditional spots for us to enjoy. Very full and tired - well worth it!
We had a great experience on this street food tour in Milan. Our guide, Luca, was friendly, welcoming, and shared interesting stories throughout the tour, which made it more than just a food experience. We had five different stops and tastings, including balsamic vinegar tasting, charcuterie, a visit to Peck supermarket, fried risotto, baked mozzarella from Luini, and a sweet pastry to finish. The group was small with only 9 people, which made it easy to follow along and ask questions. The tour lasted about 2.5 hours and ended near the Duomo, which was a perfect location to continue exploring the city afterwards. Definitely recommended if you want to discover Milan through its food and local stories.
amazing guide, good variety of tastings, and the right amount of history.
It was so, so. The tour guide wasn't well-versed with what supposedly her job, and even wasn't sure of buildings and places' histories.
Pace of the tour was just right. It was a clever idea to mix the city sights, history and food in one tour! Luka was a great guide!
This is a great tour & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our host took time to show & talk about some of the Milan's main sights & the food was very enjoyable.
Wonderful experience with a wonderful guide. Ate various foods and visited many of the sites in Milan. I would highly recommend this tours
This tour was the perfect mix of food, history, and culture. Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting!
Was such an amazing experience! Anna was so friendly and informative - absolutely recommend this if you find yourself in Milan. Great blend of street foods and more posh culinary experiences.
Highlight of the trip. Really engaging tour guide who was very knowledgeable and shared all her top tips. Perfect balance between history, food and culture. Thank you Maria - Christina.
This is one of the tours my partner and I were really looking forward to and it beat our expectations. We were expecting solely a walk-around-the-city-and-eat tour, but our amazing tour guide provided information on the history of Milan, the history of Italy, the history of different Italian cuisines, and was overall a very fun and entertaining guide who very comfortably guided us through some crazy Christmas crowds. He even gave us amazing recommendations for food/drink spots based on where we were staying. The food was absolutely amazing and I was stoked to try some of the foods on my “to try” list. I 100% recommend making time for this tour, whether morning or night, as it’s definitely worth it.
Maria-Christina was a delightful host, obviously very passionate about her city. The vinegar tasting was the highlight for us but the whole tour was filled with food to delight and hidden history. We very much enjoyed this thanks so much!
Excellent value and really tasty food tour. Our guide was excellent and the tour provided delicious little snippets of Milanese cuisine
Enjoyed it immensely; the selections and storries were very good. We also met some amazing people. Give it a shot, you wont regret it.
Guide was wonderful and very helpful. I will request her again next time on holiday. She was very knowledgeable and had a very nice personality.
Good insights on local culture and selection of street food. Our guide was nice and tried really hard and also helped me find a store and the tram station, and the highlight was the visit to the Balsamic Vinegar place. Unfortunately our guide only spoke only passable English and the tour itself was very slow paced with long pauses in between. I'm sure he would have done much better if he were to be speaking his natural language (Italian), but the pre-agreed language of the tour was English and I expected him to be a bit more engaging.
Tasting new foods and having them explained about the process on how to make forchetta and balsamic vinegar. I went back to the balsamic vinegar place and bought a variety to bring home to Canada. The local guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to learn more about good Italian food. Yum yum
Amazing tour , barbra was so kind and gave us amazing informations about the city and the food tasting was super 😍
Very friendly moment, with nice culinary discoveries. The tour also allows you to see some emblematic places of the city.
It was a very accessible tour. A little history of the city with practical information. The guide paid attention to everyone
Anna took us to beautiful places and gave us a varied, exciting and above all: delicious evening. For a very good price! But please, guys: Don’t forget to have a bit of tip for the guide at the end, because: One hand washes the other:-)
