Such an interesting tour and definitely the way to see the Milan Duomo. We learned many interesting facts about the architecture, the families and V politics that helped to build the Duomo. The views from the rooftop terraces were amazing!

No signs anywhere to make it visible for the customers and no one announces the company it was a small invisible paper we were supposed to find it after asking multiple questions to people.
It was good but we were late. We assumed we would get headphones to listen since we missed the guide but that was not the case. Also, when we reached the guide we tried to join in and he didn’t allow us to join the group therefore we didn’t get to listen to the history of the church which we were excited to listen since it’s the biggest one in the one.
Our Guide was knowledgeable and easy to understand. Roof top Duomo was a must see, the views are great and it was good to see the details in the architecture.
The tour guide was great and very informative. There were a few people in the tour that couldn’t finish with the group due to other obligations and he was very accommodating.
It was decent. It’s a large group and we did skip the line, but the audio for the group earpieces was poor—long periods of static or cutting out entirely. On the other hand, the tour was quick and nice—no historical deep dives, but good for someone without much time and wanting to see the duomo.
This was a great ticket. Tour guide, Helen, was very informative and made it very nice even with the crowds. We weren’t expecting to see so much of the Duomo.
Very very upset with my tour guide in Milan for the Duomo. We were at the meeting spot at exactly 5 mins prior to 3:00 meeting time and could not find the guide. We looked EVERYWHERE! No tour group guide To be found, no Viator flag. I contacted the phone number at 3:06 and was told the tour had left without us and when I asked if they could call the tour guide and let us know where they were we could catch up with them….she told me “its not possible”. We missed the entire tour!!!! So upset as we have used Viator in several other countries. What a waste of money!

Viator contracts with 3rd parties who provide the tours. Viator does not stand by any sort of customer service, does not provide any sort of assistance for anything that happens with their contracted third parties. DO NOT USE Viator. We booked this tour and on all correspondence we received we were told the tour started at 3:00, meet under the arches at 3:00. That's what we did. No one was under the arches at 3:00. I called the tour operator 5 times and they didn't pick up. Finally got a hold of someone who stated the tour already left and that I was supposed to be under the arches at 2:45. The tour operator said she'd email me the tickets to get on the roof and catch up with the tour. She never emailed them. I ended up finding the tickets at 3:23 by clicking on an Viator chat function in an old email. We took the tickets (black not red) to the elevator entrance to the Duomo roof, the supposed "skip the line" tickets, and were told, "these are not skip the line tickets, these are tickets just like all these other people have that are waiting in this long line." At 3:46 I told the tour operator these tickets were not the skip the line tickets. Crickets. I paid for a skip the line tour, $179. After we saw the long line we said we're going to skip this tour and went back to our hotel. At 3:48 I told the tour operator I wanted my money back. Crickets. We had one day in Milan, and it was ruined by Viator and their contracted third party. Viator told me their contracted third party won't refund me the money for the tour we didn't take because we were late (untrue) and Viator won't refund my money either. Viator stated: "After a thorough review, we regret to inform you that we’re unable to issue a refund for this booking, as the operator has not approved it." I'm very frustrated with this company and will never book through them again, stick with Get your Guide.
Our guide was the best we have ever had His attention to detail and knowledge were fabulous He should be used for any private tours in the center of Milan!!!!
We were unable to find our group at the designated meeting place and received no response when we tried to message the tour operator (until we requested a refund at which point they tried to release the tickets to us, but we had left the area). The refund request was denied and now we are out money for a tour we showed up for but couldn’t find anyone.
Absolutely amazing tour! Our tour guide was engaging and extremely knowledgeable. She brought the history and architecture of the Duomo to life. The rooftop views were incredible and such a unique way to experience Milan! Highly recommend and a must-do when visiting Milan!
Tour was excellent including knowledgeable guide. Worth skipping the long line for entrance and touring the levels of the roof and church. Great explanations of the architecture and history of the Duomo. Wonderful views of Milan. Good Q&A.

Very informative guide However , they need to give more information about the meeting point directions and Dress code Very architecturally based information Just beautiful inside And out.
200 steps to ascend and descend but well worth the effort. Secure access. Men and women must have knees and shoulders covered in cathedral, so pants and shirt with sleeves are easy options.
Our tour guide was great, she knew so much about the Duomo and its history and was able to answer all questions.
Very poor experience overall. Our female guide was very inattentive and lost 5 people over the course of the tour. Over half the group eventually left early, myself included. She spoke softly and moved quickly from spot to spot without announcing that we were moving on, so people had a lot of difficulty keeping up in the crowds. She seemed quite irritable with the elderly folks who had difficulty navigating the stairs on the roof and asked to take the elevator down. The 'skip the line' advertisement was also false, as we waited in multiple lines for over half an hour before we were able to get to the elevator (she claimed the line was 'other tour groups which were also skipping the line', but that's just...a regular line.) Only giving 2 stars because she did share some interesting tidbits of history, but that should be the bare minimum in a tour like this. This one wasn't worth the money or time.
Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgable, funny and charming. The crowds are such that the audio tour is often hard to hear, and it is a bit of a cattle call. We did have to wait in line a bit for the elevators but no more than 5 minutes.
Incredible views and amazing detail in the architecture. Tour guide, Giada (Gade), was so articulate and patient and kind. Be ready to climb stairs. Wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing (light for summer, shoulders covered). Bring water, bags get checked.
Great tour if you are interested in seeing the Duomo from the top and inside. Our guide, Silvie was fantastic and did a great job herding all the people. I really enjoyed all of her knowledge and seeing the city from the top. The inside is a must see and book the earlier tour to avoid long lines and crowds. I definitely recommend.

I was 5 minutes late and the operator said they couldn’t even give me my full day valid ticket. They wouldn’t even come down to get me. I don’t control the traffic. They are also refusing to refund. The cathedral folks don’t recognize this operator. This is a scam and not official .. their bar code cannot be read by the cathedral.

Great tour and experience with Silva for the Duomo tour. Silva was very knowledgeable and personable. She did a great job with a fairly large group, leading us up to the roof and pointing out the amazing architecture, new and old construction, and explaining the history of the church in Milano. She was very safety aware, and communicated the steps up/down to ensure everyone knew what was in store. The rooftop was well worth it to see the spires and the city from that perspective. Inside the duomo, she highlighted the sculptures, art, and stained glass windows and their story. Phenomenal tour!

I wasn’t sure about doing a tour at first, but the majesty of Duomo is just amazing from the rooftop. Our guide was fabulous, importing a ton of information and side-splitting funny too!
Our guide Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the Duomo and clearly has not lost her enthusiasm for sharing it with others. She was patient with the walking and the stairs and welcomed questions.
Be prepared with plastic bottle water, bring something to cover your arms or legs I had to pay €15 to cover my shoulders. Is an amazing church and the tour guy was very nice and attentive with all of us. Highly recommended!!!
The elevator is very small and there are 90 more stairs to go up to the very top. Going down is 154 steps. The guide was very informative and fun.

I was looking for an immersive tour of the famous Duomo of Milano, and to get inside without having to wait in line. The tour provided exactly that. The local guide Fabrizio was well-informed and courteous, very pleasant to have him as guide!
It was a fine tour. I think the roof top was enough. Nothing really especially noteworthy. But overall a good tour and must see.

Be sure not to be a minute late. I was having difficulty walking that morning and was slow. We were a couple minutes late but the group had left. I had to purchase new tickets from the ticket office. Not super happy about that extra expense.

Unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was brilliant knowledgeable, funny, organised and patient especially with the man with the funny tummy. Stick to Italian food. Indian in Italy please. Apologies I can't remember your the lady tour guide name. The roof and views are unbelievable and memories that will stay with me forever. The cathedral is lovely and I would highly recommend this tour.
Tour was excellent and well worth the price. Our tour guide was awesome - sorry I forgot her name. She added a lot of local color to the tour being a native of Milan.
The guide is knowledgeable but not very customer focused. She lost people but.did not know it until the end and was not very gracious about it.
Very nice tour. Started on roof top and then toured around the cathedral. Great guide. Very informative. Just the right length of time. Skip the line is a must!!
