Fantastic way to see Milan! Lovely tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and happy to share! Very patient with teaching us how to use a segway!

Chiara was a fabulous guide on this Segway tour. You get to see all the hotspots of Milan in easy fashion and she gives great history stories about the sites. Definitely a must do if you want to see a lot and not do a lot of walking!!

The guide was a great teacher, really friendly, informative and made us feel at ease straight away. Saturday was a busy day and therefore there were many people around but this didnt prove an issue. Would recommend seeing sights around a city by segway always.

What an absolute ripper tour! This was informational and immense fun at the same time, Sadly, as we were in low season, they had to cancel the tour as we were the only two who had signed up. Daniela messaged us about this, however, this was our only available time prior to our flight back home the next day... she and the team moved heaven & earth in order to make sure our now VERY small group tour went ahead - we were the only two. Our guide was a giggle, but also very informative - we got on like a house on fire and it made the experience just that bit more special. This was so worth every penny and once your confidence gets up, you can start taking piccies as you "drive".

Excellent Segway tour. Took us around all of the scenic highlights of Milan. A very good (and quick way) to see most of the highlights! Our guide (Chiara) was really helpful and very friendly which made the experience feel so enjoyable. Chiara shared helpful information as we visited each spot. Would recommend this.

Great communication before we went confirming all necessary details for where to meet etc. Our guide Ciara was excellent- she passed on lots of valuable knowledge as we toured Milan and was a very friendly professional guide. We always do a segway tour on weekends away and this was the longest we have done at 2.5hrs however there were a few 10mins breaks to have a walk round places of interest such as the Duomo. Highly recommended & a well run operation with great staff.

What a fantastic and fun way to see the city, we covered a far greater area than we would have if we walked and our tour guide Luca was wonderfully knowledgeable and entertaining.

We only had a day to see what little we could of Milan and this was by far the best way to go. Our guide, Luca, was great fun and very knowledgeable. We visited parts of the city which would never of found otherwise. We used these guys last year in Rome and we can't fault them. Also the equioment was excellent and if I can ride a Segway, anyone can!

Giada was a wonderful tour guide. We got to see many sights in Milan and learned a lot about the history. There were many stops to take photos and we covered a lot of the areas in one morning.

It was horrific weather when we went but on the plus, a lot of the tourist areas were free of people so we saw some great views. The tour was really fun and the instructor was really nice.

Loved zooming around Milan, seeing all the beautiful architecture and historical landmarks, listening to Sylvia the tour guide, who was lovely and patient with the group.

We booked in advance of our trip and it was raining very hard for hours we arrived via uber and asked if we could reschedule and were told no, nor could we obtain a refund. We will never book on Viator again It wasn't safe to utilize a segway that day, the streets had so much standing water and you could not have safely utilized a segway for 2 hours in the pouring down rain.

My son and I had a wonderful tour. Our guide brought a perfect mix of history and local knowledge to help us get to know the city. He helped us get comfortable with the segways and kept us safe on a busy day. It was a perfect way to get our bearings. Loved it.

Ww did a private tour for 2. Awesome!! Segway were very easy to get around on (without any experience). This is a great way to see alot of major sites in a short period of time while zooming along on the Segways. Our tour guide was the best. He gave us a lot of interesting facts while keeping the conversation lively. Definitely highly recommended!

We took this tour with our family of 4 (including 2 sons, ages 22 and 24). Our tour guide was Antonio. All of us really enjoyed this tour and felt that Antonio was a fantastic guide. He made sure everyone in our group of 8 could safely operate the Segway, then we took off. The route was perfect...we saw a castle, the Duomo, the Teatro al Scalia, went through the Brera neighborhood, saw shopping areas, etc. We stopped at major sites and listened to Antonio's explanations of them through the earpiece listening systems. Despite there being plenty of people around these areas, crowds were never an issue with us navigating on the Segways. Antonio always made sure everyone made it safely across all intersections. Finally, having been on several Segway tours, I felt that these machines in particular were maintained very well and were very smooth and easy to operate. This was a wonderful tour, and I would highly recommend it.

I can’t review the tour itself, as we never actually made it there. As far as I know, our tour guide waited for us to arrive late which was very kind of them. I’m sure it was a great tour, we didn’t get to experience it, so I can’t comment on how the tour itself went. But it looked nice. We had an emergency that morning and wasn’t able to attend, my phone broke and we didn’t even have a working phone to contact the tour group. I requested a refund after explaining my situation, immediately denied from some random customer service member who responded to my request within 3 minutes, and could care less about my situation. Which is disappointing, because I’ve traveled with TripAdvisor and Viator many of times through the years with no issues. I’m in a country I don’t know, with a phone that doesn’t work, scrambling around to ASK someone where I can fix my phone on a Sunday with a lot of places closed. (couldn’t look anything up it was broken) before I left for my next destination the following morning. The last thing I was worried about was a Segway tour. Considering traveling is so expensive in general, it would have been to be approved for a refund during this emergency of mine and I would have continued to use trip advisor for bookings in the future. Not anymore! I hope Kristie from customer service breaks her phone on vacation too 😊

Antonio was the perfect guide. He got us safely round Milan with no incidents. Plenty of time for photo stops and a fantastic amount of information about Milan and Italy. One of the best things to do. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our guide Antonio was excellent, it was our first time to try Segway but because of him the experience was most safe and memorable. We got overall idea about Milan central district, all monuments, where to shop, to eat and to hangout in Milano .

We had a fantastic day with our guide Antonio seeing Milan. Antonio is knowledgeable and funny. This is way better than a walking tour since you get to see more and get to guide a Segway through Milan.

This was an excellent tour! Our main guide, I can’t remember his name, was a slender Italian man with a goatee, was great. The day was rough. It was raining and freezing, but he still pushed on and we had a great time. So all the sites and got to admire a lot of Milano. I lost my wallet, and they tried to help me find it. And then miraculously - someone found it and gave it back to me! Anyway, it was great, my whole family loved it.

I strongly recommend that great activity!!! It was the highlight of our vacation!!! We had so much fun!!! We had the chance to visit all the highlights of Milano in about 3 hours!!! I am definitely going to book it again in my next trip!!! It worths every penny!!!

Luigi was great. Very considerate of other road and pavement users. Felt very safe even though I hadn't segwayed before. We wre able to cover so much of the city and it was great to see both the old and the new.
