Our guide, Bibi, really made our walking tour of Milan special. She lead us at a perfect pace and gave us just the right amount of information. Our stops included Santuario di San Bernardino alle Ossa, the Duomo, Highline Milano, a stunning Library, Sforzesco Castle, and a walk through both Parco Sempione and the Brera district (and more). It was a lot of steps but really worth the time and effort. The tour gave us a much better appreciation for Milan. Thanks to Bibi for being such a wonderful guide.

Massimo was an engaging and flexible guide who took us on a 3 hour walking tour in the light rain on our first full day in Milan. We saw the main sites and had time to stop and enjoy. Would recommend.

Andrea was great! I actually wish we had done this first thing! It gave us a perspective of the city that we did not have previously. However, after doing several group tours, this was a welcome treat. Andrea took us at our own pace around his city, meandering through little walkways, hidden gems and quiet churches filled with magnificent artwork. Andrea was amazing! After having several group tours, having a walk through the city at our pace and with our interests was like meeting up with an old friend! We ducked in the most exquisite church, through little winding allies and meandered along ancient and modern parts of the city. My wife and I did a 4 hr private walking tour with Tiziana. We had a little trouble meeting up but once we did, we had a phenomenal tour, with a lot of time at the Duomo. She was tremendously knowledgeable and had great stories. We then walked through the galleria and passed La Scala, ending up at the Castello. For a pair of first-timers in Milan it was terrific

Marco was an excellent guide!! He promptly met us at our hotel. We then took the metro into central Milan to begin our tour. He showed us several of the popular sights, but also many lesser known places. We even stopped for a short refreshment of Negroni Sbagliato, a Milanese version of the classic Negroni. It was very good! Overall I would recommend this tour, especially if you are fortunate to have Marco.

I had a wonderful experience with Sara. She researched my interests and made an itinerary that was efficient and allowed me to see several different parts of the city. She is very knowledgeable about contemporary artists and introduced me to a number of Italian artists with which I was not familiar. She also sent me the itinerary and shared her photos, which was very helpful. It was a great day! I would definitely want her for a guide again!

We had a really lovely morning with Salvatore in Milan! We'd just arrived hours earlier and this was a good way to not only see some of the main sites in the city but also some maybe lesser known areas and tips that only a local would know. Additionally, Salvatore was so helpful in teaching us how to use the metro in Milan (we're used to the NY subway) and we ended up almost exclusively using the metro to get around during our entire stay in Milan. Super, super useful + helpful tour!

Dani was our guide; she recognized that we had just arrived in Milano that morning and kept the pace somewhat leisurely so that we were not overwhelmed. She accommodated our request to skip Santa Maria delle Grazie and instead took us to the Santuario di San Bernardino alle Ossa. Dani was a wealth of information regarding the history of Milano, the Duomo, and Sforzesco Castle. She reminded us to bring our passports for our visits to see the Last Supper the following day, and thank goodness she did! She also gave us time to stop for a drink/gelato during the tour. Excellent recommendations for aperitivo and places to find reasonably priced fashion and artwork.

Tiziana was a absolutely wonderful guide. She immediately set a tone of great interest and genuine care. It was clear that her background in history and arts was well-established as was her enthusiasm for sharing it. She also listened intently and I feel that her attentiveness to my interests and questions led her to sharing even more. She was also able to help me orient to the city layout, which directly enhanced my comfort level of navigating around it later on my own. And she was on-the-spot flexible to help manage through the intensive heat while not sacrificing any part of the itinerary. I was a bit concerned about doing this trip solo - but Tiziana put me at great ease with her seasoned and personalized guidance and contributed to this being an amazing experience. When I return to Milan, I will definitely arrange to spend time with Tiziana!

Truly wonderful experience walking through Milan and learning about its history, culture and landmarks. Suggest starting in early morning or late afternoon to avoid walking in the summer heat. Dani was so kind, warm and gracious with her time and knowledge.

She was perhaps the most qualified tour guide we’ve had, and had answers to all of our questions. She tailored the tour to our time schedule and gave us an amazing view of Milan’s city center and so much of what it has to offer in the short period of time we had available. Moreover she shared with us valuable insights from where and when to best visit certain popular venues to secrets about how to avoid the most touristy venues and alternatives that are less known for similar experiences. This was a great experience. It was nice to do a tour just one on one and not in a big group. Bibi was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The itinerary that I signed up and paid for didn’t match with the tour guide Massimo’s itinerary. My itinerary says Milan ( Pass by ) , Naviglio Grande , and the Last Supper ( Pass by) . None of that happened. Massimo said it wasn’t on his itinerary. That his company gave him a different one than viator’s . It was frustrating that we had to go to the other places at our own expense , and the anxiety we had not knowing where to get the Uber ride . Massimo was kind enough to take us around, I thought he had a car. I was really frustrated with this tour , I don’t think I’ll ever recommend this because it’s deceptive. It was not Massimo’s fault. There was no proper coordination between Viator and Unscripted companies .

My husband and I had a lovely day with a private walking tour of MIlan- we hit the highlight plus some spots we would not have known. We also got a great recommendation for our lunch. our guide Andrea was perfect for our intro to Milan .

Bebe and Crystal were phenomenal guides. The tour was very educational and it was a great opportunity to have quick access to areas others couldn’t since we were in a golf cart. they provided blankets, drinks and we had a clear cover on the golf cart that could be zippered for when it got chilly.
