Milan Private Duomo Tour With Rooftop Terraces

The weather was miserable (wet & cold) however our guide was exceptional with her knowledge, her English and the fun that she put into it.

The Duomo is always busy, always crowded and yet so much to see and understand. A private tour makes it accessible, Elise was full of knowledge and the skip the line was a huge time saver. We could have spent hours. Well worth the money.

Beautiful. Perhaps if you have children allow for more time. It was 2 hours and felt a tad rushed. Hard to stop for photos. But our guide was great.

While our tour guide, Daniella, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—this review is about the experience and lack of follow-through from the tour provider. We booked and paid for fast-track access to both the Duomo and the Duomo terraces. While we were fast-tracked into the Duomo itself, we did NOT receive fast-track access to the terraces, which was a major part of the tour we selected and confirmed in advance. This significantly affected our experience. We reached out to Support immediately, but received no response whatsoever—no apology, no explanation, no resolution. For the price and promises made, this was completely unacceptable. Daniella deserves 5 stars, but the tour organization and support get 1 star—because 0 stars isn’t an option.

Enjoyed the private experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable. I would recommend it. You get to see the rooftop, the church, the underground, and walk through gallaria mall and end outside the theatre.

The tour was very well planned and how we moved through this large building. The amount of detail our guide gave us regarding the architecture and symbolism was beyond expectations. She gave us so much detail and was so thorough. We had an amazing time! Would highly recommend this tour.

Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our female guide who was very knowledgeable. As we spent our time within the duomo, below in the archeological site, and on the rooftop, she explained the history, culture, and architecture that spanned nearly 600 years from inception to completion of the Duomo Milano.

We had already taken a tour in Milan, but wanted to learn more about the iconic Duomo. Our guide was amazing and patient with our questions. The views from the top are absolutely fantastic!

This is a must do if you’re going to Milan!!! Linda with Bologna tours was an excellent guide! She took us through the main area of the Duomo, the archeological area underground, an the terraces and roof on top! She was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! It was a hot day! Wear a hat for outdoors and cover your knees and shoulders for inside the duomo. Also, there are 100 steps down so wear good shoes. Highly recommend!!!

Great tour. Our guide Ilaria was very knowledgeable and patient with us answering all of our questions and spending time where we wanted to. We got to skip the line and use the elevator to the terraces. I would definitely recommend her.

Very knowledgeable guide and a great way to see both the rooftop and inside of the Duomo in one trip. A lot of other tours only offer one or the other. Our guide was an expert and showed us a lot of details and shared a lot of history behind the architecture. She also showed us the Galleria and gave us some good lunch recommendations nearby. You also get access to the museum afterwards. Highly recommend this tour for the value.

It wasn't my first time in Milan but I have to say that walking around the center with a guide was a revolutionary experience in my holiday! Very competent, cheerful and kind girl. I recommend booking in advance (and absolutely using the vouchers provided because the culinary products are truly exquisite!!)

They told me that they were canceling the tour 53 minutes before it started. I gave them options to get a guide in another language and schedules and they did not give me the tour. They did not want to reimburse me for my train that I changed to take the tour and there was no time to choose another tour, not even they could get it. I missed seeing the Duomo in Milan the main attraction. It's also very bad for TRIPADVISOR, which doesn't give me the option to replace the train and the operator says to see it with VIATOR, who was the one who hired them... So it wasn't Tripadvisor, it was the one who hired it...
