I’ve had the pleasure of taking this class with the help of Chef Alfredo, who was patient, kind and extremely funny 😆 I totally recommend this experience for anyone visiting Milan.

I took this cooking class with my two daughters (ages 11 and 13), and Chef Fabrizio was absolutely amazing — warm, patient, and wonderful with the girls, who were engaged from start to finish. We made fresh pasta completely from scratch, kneading and rolling the dough ourselves, and then a proper tiramisu layer by layer, with Chef Fabrizio explaining every step and sharing tips you'd never get from a recipe. Sitting down together to eat what we'd made was the best part — the pasta was some of the best we had in Italy, and the tiramisu was incredible. My daughters are still talking about it and said it was their favorite thing we did in Milan. I can't recommend this class enough for families or anyone visiting. Thank you, Chef Fabrizio!

We we’re a group of twelve people on a studytrip from Norway. This experience was wonderful. We got to both make two types of pasta and tiramisu from the scratch. After that we got to eat everything we made. The guides we’re great, social and funny (Alfredo and Fabricio). This was a fun experience with a group of 20 people. We learn the art of making tiramisu and the made fresh pasta ravioli and tagliatelle with pesto sauce. It was delicious and tasted like it was fresh from Tuscany. Definitely fun to do with a friend, group of friends or spouse. Matteo was a great, fun and patient chef who helped us along the way. Would absolutely recommend!

Alberto and Fabrizio helped us make some delicious recipes. Great fun and some amazing pasta. Tiramisu was brilliant and made from scratch.

Fabrizio and Alfredo make preparing pasta or tiramisu so easy and accessible that we felt like we could handle doing it on our own back home! Absolutely loved this cooking class! It was truly a 10/10 - and such a fun activity when visiting Milano. Our chef Matteo was super friendly, made everyone feel at ease and was a truly great teacher! He was more than happy to answer any of our cooking questions and conversation felt natural as he instructed the class. The food we made was delicious! - felt like great value getting to learn/make/eat 3 whole dishes as well as wine through out the class. Really appreciated learning so many tips and techniques and even better that we got to take the recipes home to recreate. The Polaroid picture to take home as a souvenir was such a lovely touch too! Would recommend anyone to do this class!

This cooking class with Fabrizio was amazing. We got to indulge in the local cuisine. We made Tiramisu, Ravioli and Tagliatelle with pesto. They were so delicious and Fabrizio made it so easy with his hands on step by step guidance. If you are a food enthusiast, love a cultural experience and love cooking this is for you. You can do this solo or with friends or as a couple. Très bien! And the wine was excellent. Thank you Fabrizio. Continue to share your passion and many success to Towns of Italy! I 1000% recommend.

We had a great time. Prepared and cooked 2 different pastas and made tiramisu. The instructor was really patient and attentive to every attendee, checking on their dough to ensure it would roll out correctly. He was very engaging and answered all questions thrown his way. The instructor made both of the sauces and explained in detail what he was doing. However, it would have been nice to have the group be involved in that part of the meal as well as the plating. This was promoted as unlimited wine. However, it was only sparkling wine and 1 bottle at a time. With a class of 10-12 adults, 1 bottle is empty really fast so we were having to ask for another bottle while the instructor was cooking. He would have to wait for a stopping point and then only open 1 bottle again.

We had such a wonderful time at Alfredo’s cooking class! Alfredo was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience both fun and informative. We learnt so much about making traditional Italian pasta, and of course, the pasta we made was absolutely delicious!

He knew exactly how to keep the class moving while making sure everyone was relaxed, involved, and having fun. One thing I especially loved was that Mateo actually ate the food we prepared with us. It made the whole experience feel so genuine and personal, like cooking and sharing a meal with friends. We also received an online recipe book so we can recreate everything at home—I can’t wait to start cooking! And to top it all off, we each received a diploma, which was such a fun touch and will definitely be a great conversation piece. This class was so worth it and truly one of the highlights of our time in Milan. If you’re visiting Milan and want a memorable, fun, and delicious experience, I highly recommend it. Entire experiment from start to finish was incredible. Very welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable. Afredo, the chef, in particular, needs to be promoted, paid, rewarded…truly amazing personality, knowledgeable.
