Milan Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class With Wine By Cooking Italy

We loved this pasta-making class in Milan. Mimmo and the team were friendly and made it easy for everyone to join in. We learned to make fresh pasta and tiramisu from scratch, then sat down to enjoy our creations with some great wine. The food was excellent and the whole experience was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic time at the Italian cooking course! We learnt how to make two different types of pasta from scratch and even made a tiramisu from scratch too. The whole experience was enjoyable, informative and a great way to learn some new skills. The instructor was really lovely, polite and welcoming, making the experience even better. Everything was well organised, and we genuinely couldn’t fault anything. Would highly recommend this course to anyone who loves Italian food and wants to learn how to make authentic dishes from scratch! 🇮🇹🍝

Good class with knowledgeable chef and fun overall experience. Pasta cooking process was a bit chaotic and resulted in some order mix-ups, could maybe use a paper number system to avoid confusion. But the overall experience was exactly what we were looking for and well priced

The experience was enjoyable overall, but I expected a more hands-on cooking class in a proper kitchen. Instead, we stayed in the restaurant’s dining area, sitting at tables, and the experience felt a little less immersive than I had hoped. We only made the pasta from scratch, while the sauce was already prepared. For the tiramisu, we simply dipped the biscuits in coffee and layered them with the cream that had already been made for us. I would have appreciated more active guidance and enthusiasm from the instructor to make the experience more engaging and educational. At times, it felt a bit like going through the motions rather than being genuinely taught how to prepare the dishes. That said, the group was lovely, we had some nice conversations, and we still had a good time together. Overall, it was a pleasant social experience, but I would have liked a more hands-on and passionate cooking lesson.

Very fun activity. Our instructor was friendly and gave clear instructions for making the pasta and tirimasu. Great space at the rear of the restaurant for making the items. Restaurant offered four choices of sauces to go with our pasta. After we had finished the prep we were all seated outside to enjoy our dinner together. Location is right in the Navigli area of Milan along the canal, so great place to explore either before or after the cooking class. Would definitely recommend doing the cooking class.

What an amazing evening we have had as a family celebrating my brother-in-law's 70th birthday. We had great fun learning the craft of making delicious pasta's and yummy tiramisu while enjoyong some wine. Mimo is an amazing host and we all learned so much!
