This was a very smooth experience. Tomasso and the company was great, they tracked my flight as it was 2 hours late. Tomasso reached out through WhatsApp and keep in contact which helped let me know we would have a ride waiting for us. The car was very clean and had plenty of room and was exactly what we needed. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I booked several transfers with this company ranging from transfers from the Airport, to the train Station and a transfer fromn Milano to to Bellagio at Lago di Como They provide a top first class service ,well mannered and on time drivers, as well as very clean and modern Mercedes V vans. Our driver was absolutely fine, however, the owner was very rude and tried demanding more money from me through what’s app. I wasn’t even getting his messages until I was on WiFi and I was appalled at how many nasty voice messages, texts, and voicemails I had received. Our flight was delayed one hour which he knew about. Customs took us one hour to get through and he tried to charge me another $70 for the “half hour” over their standard waiting time. The driver did not say anything and we even tipped him generously. I’ve never been treated such a way through viator

The driver was reaching upon our arrival to the baggage claim, and he was generous with his time since we’ve required extra time to get through the airport. Took us safely and efficiently to our destination hotel, and pointed out some information locally while allowing us privacy in our own conversation. Very nice experience ..excellent!

Our driver was right on time for our pick up and very friendly and professional. It was only a short walk with him to the very nice van and the baby seat we requested was all installed (correctly) ahead. Smooth drive in to Milan and dropped off at our door. Cannot fault the experience we had.

Originally I had made a mistake and put down the wrong airport but the company quickly contacted me by phone and email to let me know ASAP to amend my details. The people at Addaemotion were great to deal with. I used them twice. Once for a transfer from lake Como to Milan and once to get to the airport from downtown Milan. Their driver even had to navigate unforseen road closures in Milan due to a marathon race that was happening to get us to the airport in a timely fashion. Highly reccommend this service

Excellent service! I was arriving from NY and the driver was waiting for us upon arrival at MXP. We had a great ride with Mr. Giuseppe to Lake Como and arrived earlier than anticipated. We also had a service back to MXP which was just as great. No issues, timely, clean and great communication. I would recommend this service to anyone flying into MXP and looking to travel around the Milan area, including Lake Como.

The whole purpose of booking private transportation is that it’s dedicated to you, you are paying for premium services and should be there on time. We were two hours delayed but I did communicate with driver and requested to track our flight. Unfortunately our driver was late 15 mins. So I can not give 5 stars. However car was very clean and they had water for us and rest of it was very smooth.
