Milan Duomo Cathedral Entry Ticket

I am very, very, very, very disappointed about >Viator. I will never ever use Viator again in my whole life. I will never ever recommend Viaotor to anyone else.

There is no time slot. Could have gone in a t time. Do crowded not enjoyable but the most amazing cathedral. Wanted s tour but no r available to wandered around.

This was easy to buy the day before as the official duomo site had no tickets left. Simple to download tickets for scanning no problems.

We bought the tickets for the elevator to the terrace. There was MUCH more walking than we expected. There should have been more information on what to expect.

Last minute wanted to see the duomo. These were the only tickets available that were not insanely expensive. Easy communication and easy to use the tickets!! A must see in Milan.

Fabulous experience, last min trip to Milan so no tickets available via the official web site, other 3rd party tickets were extortionate, so happy I found via TripAdvisor for just £2 more than official price. The magnitude of the cathedral & its stunning details were overwhelming.

Super pretty!! Cover up or you need to purchase an isolation gown haha. It was under construction and we didn't get to do the terrace that is another ticket too BTW. Still so much to see from the inside and a must see.

Milan cathedral is breathtaking in its grandeur. Fabulous architecture, exquisite statuary. I always marvel at the skill of the architects and craftsmen of the past.

No issues with the tickets. Great place to visit.

When we booked with tripadvisor we received an emailed voucher. On the voucher it stated that it was a ticket. We were in entrance line for an hour when finally found out we needed to convert voucher to ticket. Having to get out of line. We Called TripAdvisor and they said they emailed tickets. So they sent another email which we received with links to tickets. Got back in line for another hour. Later in the day after visiting Duomo Milan we finally received original email with tickets. Very slow internet caused a lot headaches.

We went to Duomo, no Viator guide identified in sight, ticket office could offer no help, we only had voucher and thought guide would hand us tix, waited waited, then spent 20 more euro on 2 tix with no tour, very disappointed. Shouldn’t guide have made clear where to meet, just said “Duomo” terrible, I want my 40+ euro back!

This is a must-see if you are in Milan. It’s beautiful! There is so much history and the intricacies are almost overwhelming

I had tickets to the dome but I had to purchase separate tickets just to get in the church. That part was inconvenient because I had to get out of line and get back in line after I purchased the tickets. The actual dome experience was amazing. The views were spectacular.

The hot weather plus the unclear policies of dress code, we couldn't go in. Waste of money!!! They don't allow shorts to my son and husband !! That is why everyday there are less catholics. They are not clear and then they send you to buy some kind of wind breakers. They seem to me they are doing a parallel business

I missed the email that contained the tickets which created some confusion at the Duomo. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The Duomo was beautiful and the entrance was easy to find. Be prepared for 90 steps up after the lift and more steps to exit. Be sure to time your visit early enough in the day so you get to see everything.

The time stamped on all of my documentation was 6:00 PM we arrived at 5:45 only to find out that the tour departed at 5:15 - no email, text or even message was sent through the app correcting this . Very upset that I spent a ton of money for this to happen . This ruined my day in Milan.

Don’t miss the elevator combo- that was amazing!!! Having the tickets before you get there is the only way to do these sites!

Loved the Duomo but make sure you get the tkts not just the voucher. After several emails and phone calls while we stood outside the Duomo our tickets were emailed directly to me. There was no place to present the voucher. Ticket office could not help.

Found out that TripAdvisor is selling me the tickets double of what the actual tickets price. It’s disappointing. I understand TripAdvisor needs to make some handling charges but double is too much to digest. Will not use TripAdvisor ANYMORE !

We booked and paid for tickets but the proper tickets were never sent. If we hadn't of found a kind your guide that wasn't part of the company to help us by spending over an hour to try and get someone to send the ticket we wouldn't have got in. Very bad experience with viator

The bar code emailed to me wasn’t an entry ticket but a voucher for an entry ticket… The vendor should have emailed the entry ticket in a separate email but never did! Thus, I had to buy from official ticket office.

Rooftop was not included although it said optional... Very disappointing experience, we tried to book it there then but there were no time slots left to go. Running around at the place trying to find out what we could do is not the point of booking online, very frustrating since we had to leave Milano without being able to go on the roof which we mainly came for.

Brilliant tour with Katya. Booked in advance and using the elevator to the rooftops . The Duomo is magnificent and Katya brought it to life for us. The views on the rooftops were fabulous .

A must see, truly wonderful experience

You need to download the QR code for your entry to the Duomo. The optional rooftop visit means you buy a further ticket for either 16 or 18 euros per person ( depending on stairs or lift). There is no option of visiting the roof within the original ticket price. The team at Viator were very quick to help us. A ticket bought at the duomo is cheaper.

Unclear information to download tickets. Was able to download receipt, but that would not allow me into the Duomo. Thankfully, I was able to call the number on the receipt and immediately was sent e-tickets to download. Everything worked out, but it was not convenient.

It was a very efficient entry to see the most well known tourist spot in Milan. I would recommend this trip definitely to my friends❤️

No one to meet us. Cathedral ticket office would not honor our tickets. The ticket link that was emailed did NOT include the proper ticket scan code we needed. We would like a FULL REFUND! We had to purchase tickets directly from the Cathedral which were half the price. Cathedral was Awesome, this skip the LINE NOT SO MUcH!

The tour specifies it is two hours. Wrong. Five minutes tops. You are only allowed to walk around on the main floor sanctuary, that’s it. They booked our tour at 5:30 and the museum closed before 6 pm. A HUGE WASTE FOR FIVE MINUTES.

I bought tickets to duomo rooftop and in the end the tickets did not include the rooftop access the were just entrances, they were very difficult to access I had to click on various links and it took us a long tome to find the tickets. Not a very transparent procedure and worse of all it tricks you into believing you are getting something more when in fact you are getting the least at a much higher price than market rate. Help line did not answer. Disappointed

Unbelievable experience seeing the inside and rooftop of the iconic Duomo Di Milan. The crowds were small on the day we went so we were able to appreciate the wonder without the hustle and bustle that is typical for this site

Self guided is my preference. Line was short. I walked right in. I lit a candle and dropped a euro in the box.

This tour was a great option because tickets for the Duomo were sold out on the date we wanted to visit. We were able to book this tour on Viator the evening before.

A great experience to walk across the roof of the cathedral and get close to such stunning architecture and statuary. Go early to avoid the crowds. Take the lift option:it’s a long way up and down.

This is a scam, they do not send you a ticket that can be used, they send you a barcode, without any instructions on how to get the actual ticket, the people at duomo ticket office are not aware of how to use the barcode at all.

Buying a ticket online direct from he Duomo was a less expensive option. Ticket only tours from Viator are not worth the extra service charge

I love the place! Well worth a visit. Despite all the people, it remains peaceful. Love just walking around, inside & out.

First of all, the tickets to rooftop were awesome! But when we walked down to the inside, the guards would not let us through. Said we needed a different ticket. Also said we needed shoulder coverings which we did not have. Disappointing ending to the tour.

Unfortunately the ticket sent to us only had a 2-D barcode, not the required QR code. After discussion, we were allowed into the Duomo (which was amazing) but not allowed into the museum. I would not book through Tripadvisor in the future, book direct instead

It was just stunning. It was so much bigger than we expected and words can't describe the awe we were all in. There's also an archeological site on the premises that cost 3 Euro to see. Those tickets had to be purchased via a qr code, which was a little difficult with the lack of signal in the cathedral, but we were able to get them and see that as well. We'd definitely come back if we're ever in Milano again.

Bought tickets for wrong date, and was not allowed to cancel or modify them. Money for 2 tickets wasted. Bought the correct date from different source for a lower price. Thanks for nothing, TripAdvisor

Didn’t get off to a good start with a bit of confusion with tickets but once that was sorted the rest of the tour was really good. Some of the views from the rooftop were beautiful and just the cathedral itself was out of this world. The statues, stain glass windows and lots more. Definitely worth a visit. My son did find it a bit boring but was glad he done it

You are scammers, after buying tickets on April 21st we show up today, September 13th, and half an hour before you tell us that 5 of the 6 tickets are canceled, just one word... scammers!!!
