Milan Cooking Class: Pizza & Unlimited Gelato Or Pasta & Tiramisu

We had fun at the class learning to make fresh pasta and tiramisu with a small group of like minded people. There was sparkling wine and down time where you watch the entertaining chef teaching how to make the pasta sauces. It is worth noting you eat the pasta that everyone has made not just your own. You get a "certificate" at the end and a souvenir pic. Recommended.

Such a great experience! The cooking class was so much fun, and everything was explained really well . The Alfredo was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food turned out delicious, and I loved getting to learn something new while having a good time. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip! I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience. ❤️

Very nice and friendly staff, especially Alfredo and Matteo. Great learning experience and very enjoyable, definitely worth the money and time. Very nice welcoming atmosphere and not too many people so you still get personal guidance.

The cooking experience is done in groups of about 20. Matteo was an excellent host and chef and guided us along the way to making fresh ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu. Having everything we used be fresh made the tasting experience delicious!

My family and I attended this class and had a great time. Alfredo was our chef instructor who taught us how to make pizza, gelato, and a waffle bowl, all from scratch. The food turned out delicious, and u can’t wait to try the recipes at home. Alfredo’s sense of humor and willingness to answer all questions made the event simple snd pleasant. This is a not-to-be-missed event if you’re in Milan. Be sure to read the instructions on how to find the location for this event. It’s a little tricky but if you follow the instructions provided by the vendor, you’ll have no problem finding the location.

This was a fun and entertaining class! Our only issue is to make the directions more clear on Viator. We did not realize that the place was IN Milano Centale station on the 2nd floor. The place is HUGE! We finally found it after asking a few people but we were 15 minutes late. We had Ben looking for a cooking school and this is a room in the terminal with glass walls.

We never got to do the cooking class since we got turned away for being 14 min late. We arrived at the Station in Milan at 3:30 and kept looking around for it. After 15 minutes of looking we asked the locals who asked around and after back and forth, one waiter in a restaurant knew where to go and told us where to go. When we arrived they said the grace period is 10 minutes and we were 14 minutes late. Two other people turned up as well after us and were turned away as well. It was very hard to get here, we spent 44 minutes trying to find the place despite being in the station, no one around there knew where to go. I feel like they could have been more understanding of this. They said we can’t get a refund and can book for 50% off but we are leaving the next day. The instructions should have included photos maybe, and instructions of which area to enter (as you literally enter the restaurant area), and where to access the second floor. Very disappointing. They weren’t understanding at all.

Class was fun, great experience and well paced. Great food. One opportunity was for the class to be ready to go and to be ready to greet students 10-15 min before start time, since that is when we were told to arrive.

Our chef, Alfredo, was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Milan! ❤️

OMG one of the best things I did while on vacation in Milan. No better feeling than to be cooking/making Italian pizza in Italy! Frabrizio was awesome!

Fabrizio and Giulia were great cooks. We throughly enjoyed this activity. They were very patient. It wasn’t too difficult. The wine was unlimited during the class if you’re a drinker that’s a plus. Would definitely recommend to others!

Highly recommend this activity. Mataeo was our chef and instructor and made this pasta making experience very special! The Tiramisu recipe was simple and authentic! Loved the whole experience very much.

Very entertaining and educational. A great experience

My friend and I had a great time learning how to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. If you haven’t done a cooking class before, just note that you are also eating what everyone else prepared (not recommended for germaphobes). I had a little difficulty finding upstairs at first, but once I was there, the school was at the end of the hallway. Everyone in the class was so fun! It was awesome having downtime while the instructor showed us how to make the pasta sauce — the wine was lovely, too. The space could’ve fit more attendance, but it was the perfect size for an intimate experience. I don’t recall if this place had an elevator, so I’m not sure if this is suitable for those requiring mobility assistance.

I had such a fantastic time taking this cooking class in Milan! Making pizza and gelato from scratch was the perfect way to experience a little bit of Italian food culture, and the class was both fun and hands-on. Our instructor, Mateo, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Italian cooking and took the time to explain not just what we were doing, but why each step mattered. He was patient, engaging, and happy to answer all our questions, which made the class feel relaxed and enjoyable. The pizza turned out delicious, and making gelato from scratch was definitely a highlight. I loved being able to enjoy what we made at the end of the class—it made the whole experience feel especially rewarding. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting Milan who loves food and wants a fun, memorable experience. Mateo made the class even more enjoyable with his expertise and enthusiasm!

Buyer beware, rescheduling terms are rigid and non existent within the 24 hour window. We had an unexpected delay and arrived late. We were told by the instructor we could easily be rescheduled by contacting the number. That was not the case. Had we know that we could not actually reschedule, we would have stayed even if only to watch and not be hands on. They did eventually offer to rebook us for an additional 100 euros. This was frustrating and seemed a bit sketchy to me.

What a fun time learning to make pizza and gelato, with some Prosecco and meeting new friends! Our instructor was fabulous, patient, and funny. We learned new techniques and also get the recipes! Bonus for the ‘Certificate’ at the end of the class.

Chef Matteo was nothing short of an absolute delight!! Professional, kind and curious! Provided easy follow instructions that anyone could follow from all skill levels in the kitchen!

It was such a fun time, and you get to meet people from different parts of the world. Alfredo is such a funny guy, and the pizza and gelato were DELICIOUS. It was my first time making pizza, and it was great! Highly recommend this if you’re in Milan and looking for something fun to do for an evening. And there's also unlimited wine. I do not drink but everybody else did and they had fun!
